Simplicity Property Management

We've had Simplicity mowing our yard for the last 2 summers. They are great! If the weather is bad on our regular day, Bob is out the next day. Very reliable and priced very reasonably.

Purchased the four mow deal. I was so impressed with the communication before and with the service performed, that I hired Simplicity Property Management for the entire season.

Did a great job and cummunicated well.

Simplicity arrived on time for the scheduled lawn care. This was not some average craigslist lawn service with a guy using a rusty 20 year old 5-hp lawn mower. Rob came in with brand new professional lawn care equipment and did a great job with a mowing, trimming, and blowing. He was very quick and thorough. My lawn was in bad shape and I had asked him for some advice. He gave some sound maintenance tips and did not try to up-sell anything. Overall, I would recommend this service company for anyone looking for quick, no hassle lawn maintenance on their property. I believe they also do property management so providing the lawn service goes hand in hand.

Bob the owner did an excellent job on our 0.75 acres. He's punctual, thorough and professional. The edges were trimmed nicely too. Bob is very nice and easy to talk to. I highly recommend his mowing service!

My yard looks fantastic! I wanted to surprise my husband with a week off of mowing. He came home from work and immediately asked if I had the lawn mowed for him and he went on to say it looks better than when he does it himself! Grass clippings were all picked up and the trimming around the landscaping and deck were done carefully.

Bob was referred to me and wow, he did amazing work! He communicated well, showed up on time, and did an outstanding job. He took care to trim all of the beds and made sure the walkways were clear of debris. I couldn't have been happier!

Bob was extremely professional. He contacted me in advance to ask about a preferred date and time to cut our lawn. He was accommodating and willing to work around our child's nap time. We had a lot of rain, so he was able to come out early to make sure he could complete the job, even with a little rain at the end. He messaged to let me know he would come back the next day to properly clean up since it was pouring rain. (However, I thought it already looked great and was happy with the clean up!) I'm also very happy with the cut and edging. We not only hope to use them again for our lawn mowing, edging, and trimming, but also hope to look into their lawn fertilization services. It went great, I needed to get the yard mowed in between the heavy rainfall we've been having and Bob nailed the only window available. I will certainly use his services in the future. I have a large garden with butternut squash running wild, not a single squash was disturbed. Very professional. Thank you Bob, the yard looks fantastic. Terry

They arrived and did an amazing job on our lawn. They made sure to have even mowing lines that resembled a golf course! We were impressed with their professionalism. Also appreciated that they did a great job making sure the edge lines were trimmed around the trees, lawn, and mailbox. Great job!!
