Karen showed up on time during one of the worst snow days of the winter. Karen has great personal style, and I felt comfortable with trusting her judgement on the best way to present my house for sale. She spent about 30 minutes showing us a video presentation (which I think most of it is on her website if you want to review in advance). Karen then walked through our house from room to room, starting with the most important rooms first (1st floor). I took notes about her suggestions so that I could implement changes later. She suggested furniture moves, which we did on the spot, suggested removing decorative items, furniture pieces, etc. She spent about 2 hours going theough all of our rooms. We did every single thing that she suggested, even taking down decorations that I didn't want to take down. Luckily our house was very neutral in colors, clean, updated cabinets/woodwork, and maintained very well. We didn't have any major repairs or even painting. All of her changes were purely cosmetic. We sold our house in 3 days for almost full asking price. We felt we had a very nice house, and with the changes Karen suggested, it looked the best that it could.

It was on short notice. Six days before moving she came in with a summary and wrote up plan. She came in and change some drapers and kitchen light. She did all of the shopping for me on a strict budget. The staging of the house was very creative and made the house look wonderful.
