I called on Sat morning and Scott offered an appointment the same day.He arrived promptly, found the issue and had to go an purchase a part. He returned as promised, within the hour, replaced the part, programmed my remotes and explained exactly what the issue and resolution was. He is a wonderful guy focused on the customer and how he can help. It was a delightful experience.

The owner answered the phone when I called and said he could meet me in 2 hours at the house. He was right on time, straightened the track without having to replace it (saving me money), replaced the spring and everything works perfectly. In fact, our garage door is so quiet when it goes up and down that it still surprises me and it's been a month since he fixed it. Great guy, great service.

Service was beyond all expectations. We could not open the door. I called late Saturday afternoon and by 7 PM that night, he was here and fixed it. I cannot imagine ever using another garage door company!

Very responsive, came out same day. Professional assessment. Replaced the broken spring and the other spring as it was not strong enough for a heavy wooden double car garage door. Cleaned and lubricated the entire door. Good job overall.

Scott was awsome. My spring on my garage door broke and that means you can't lift it with the opener. I called Scott about 9am and he answered right away. One of the first things he asked me is if I needed him to come out right away. That was impressive because had the spring broke with the car in the garage (it wasn't), I would have been trapped. Scott told me he would be out between 11 and 1 that day and just as promised, called me ahead of time about 12. He came over and took care of the issue right away. Scott recommended replacing both springs. I'd recommend Shamrock to fix your broken garage door spring.

Scott was very responsive and professional. Fixed the garage door quickly, and charged only a fraction of what I expected. I would highly recommend Scott for any garage door problem.

He came on a Sunday, when the spring on our garage door broke and we could not get our cars out of the garage. My son had a baseball game on the other side of town and we needed him to fix the door within the hour. He came in 30 minutes and was done in about 20 minutes. Great service and the door works better than before and my son got to his game with time to spare!

I sent an e-mail from Angie's List in the evening and Scott called me within a half hour. He then a made appointment based on my schedule on a Saturday morning. On the day of appointment Scott called to confirm our appointment and the time which he would be there. He showed on time and was very professional. He then went to work and fixed our door within a half hour and included a nice tune-up on our door to finish up the job. The repair was minor but Scott explained everything in detail and tested the door several times to make sure all was good before he left. The door works like it should know...THANKS to Scott. Great service, great price and a job well done....who could ask for more. Next time anything goes wrong with my garage door, I will be calling Scott for sure.

The garage door would not close - due to no longer being aligned parallel to the ground. Scott inspected the door, made some adjustments and the problem was fixed. He took the time to explain some tips for prolonging the life of the door and the opener while he was doing the adjustments. I highly recommend his services.

Awesome. Scott made himself available within an hour of my call, performed the necessary maintenance & repair efficiently and tested the door several times while I was present to ensure my satisfaction and comfort that the door was safe to use. Absolutely an excellent example of what customer service truly stands for.

I called Scott around noon to ask for an estimate. He gave me a reasonable estimate (I had contacted two other garage door repair companies) so I asked for Scott to perform the work. He was on another job and estimated that he could arrive at my house around 3 p.m. the same day. He promised to call before arriving. A little after 4 p.m. Scott called to say he was on his way. I was not in dire need of having my door fixed nor did I have an appointment away from the house that I was kept from so I did not feel put out by the extra hour. Scott arrived and went straight to work. He had the parts in his van and was able to fix the door within approximately a half hour. I commented that this was "Jack-rabbit fast". The price of the service was LESS than the quoted estimate. I was very happy. As I write this, I realize there was no paperwork. This is ok for my family, but may not be for others.

Steve answered the phone after normal business hours when I called. He came out first thing the next morning.. (I got the impression that, had we been unable to get the door up/move our cars out, that he might have come that same evening.) He was quick, friendly and professional. I would use him again.

I came home from FL during a horrific ice storm. My daughter was unable to get my car in the garage due to the garage door not opening. My car was covered with 1/2 inch of ice and another storm was on its way. I ironically found in the mail Angie's list publication and flipped right to the page that had another happy customer of Shamrock Overhead Door. I called and within an hour someone was fixing the springs that had busted on my garage door. He literally traveled thru freezing cold, icy and drifting roads to help me. He fixed the door in less than an hour and I couldn't have been more happy to get my car back into the garage!

He was terrific! He quickly fixed the door and got it working.

I called Scott about replacing gears in a garage door opener, and he was very responsive and said he could be there within a few hours, but due to my mis-communication with my wife, I had to call and cancel, and we used the service with whom my wife had spoken.

Found out when we returned home from work around 5:00 PM that the garage door didn't worked. Called Scott around 6:30 PM and said he would return call the following morning. Called @ 8:00 AM and was at our house by 8:30 AM. Very responsive and great experience. Would use again if the need arises.

Called Scott because out garage door was not opening or shutting when we pushed the opener button. He came over within a few hours and this was on a Sunday!!! He was fast, professional, educational and extremely helpful.

The garage door opener had stopped raising the garage door. The opener was making a grinding noise. I called Shamrock Overhead Door to request a service call to determine and fix the problem. Scott was able to come on the Sunday after New Year's Day to diagnose and fix the problem. While he was here, I asked about a wireless keypad for the opening the garage door. He had a used one that he installed for me at a reduced price. Scott was good about explaining the problem. He was quick in replacing the gear and installing the keypad. I would have no problem calling him again for garage door needs.

The job went very well. Scott was on the job within an hour of calling and the replacement took no more than 40 minutes to complete. He was very careful not to make a mess and picked up the pieces of the old spring hardware.

Perfect service and price. I tell everyone in our neighborhood about Shamrock and will use them in the spring when we replace our aged garage door.

A bracket on my garage door snapped around 5 pm - trapping my cars in the garage. Scott answered my call immediately and was at the house making repairs by 6 pm. I don't know many companies that responsive - outstanding service! He made the repairs, replaced the bracket and explained exactly what had happened. I highly recommend Shamrock Overhead door.

Provided estimate, gave us a schedule and performed everthing as stated.

Called on 11/8 and Scott was here the next day to replace the springs. Great guy and will use again should the need arise.
