It went great. They arrived on time and provided me with a quote. They fixed it. They left. They were polite and professional the whole time.

I called for an appointment and Scott happened to be in the area on another call, so within 2 hours of me calling, he came out, assessed the situation and completed the job. Installed properly-sized springs (unlike last time they were replaced) and served the rest of the mechanism so it works better than when originally installed. Would certainly recommend Shamrock for his scheduling flexibility, professionalism and all-around great job. Money well spent!!

My power was out until the night before so I had to manually open and close the garage door for a day. Sunday morning when I went to reattach to the automatic opener and start, the door came off the rails. I searched Angie's List for a company with Sunday/Emergency service and Scott was the first I saw who did so I called him at 10:30. He was out on a job with another after that and told me he could stop by in a couple hours. He showed up at 12:30, fixed everything in less than 20 minutes for ONLY $72! On a Sunday, are you kidding me? Scott's a great guy with a great attitude, knowledge and very quick and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone and most definitely will call him again for future repair/replacement.

One night some drunk came down the street and hit a car and then went through my garage door. I called Shamrock and they were out the next afternoon and they checked it out and ordered new doors very quick. The owner, Scott, came out; they are very nice, professional, and friendly.

The entire job went just fine. The door springs were promptly replaced, the door was adjusted to function properly, and a much appreciated interior handle was added.

Of all my experiences with Angies List companies, this was by far the very best. At 9pm on the Saturday night before Easter, our garage door broke and would not shut all the way. We tried everything we could possibly think of. At 10pm we gave up and cut the cables. Monday morning first thing I called the dealer who had installed the door many years ago. I told the gentleman we had to cut the cables. He said "Oh that was bad." I asked if he could come out and give us an estimate. He said "We don't come out to give estimates --we come out with the intention of fixing the problem." They couldn't come out until Friday. I called my husband; he said that "was a man who didn't want our business." I got on Angies List and was impressed with the comments on Shamrock's site. I called Shamrock on Monday afternoon. He said it was no problem; he fixes these old systems all the time. He came on Wednesday, calling first to see if he could come earlier than we had scheduled. He came and 45 minutes later we had our garage door back in operation. I have never seen anyone move so quickly in replacing the spring and cables all by himself. It was zip zip zip, and he was done. I was impressed with his knowledge, candor, and skill. And all for only $235. Two thumbs up for Shamrock. Thank you.

On Sunday evening I noticed a cable hanging from my garage door and some kind of wheel was hanging off. I was able to get the door down but it was crooked. I called Monday morning to see if someone could come out and take a look. By 10:45 that morning it was fixed. He was very professional and nice. The door works great.

From the phone call to finish of work, this was one of the best service calls that I have experienced from a company that I have used from Angie's List. Even though it was the weekend, they answered the phone promptly, considered their schedule, and fit me in on the same day that I called. They estimated a time that they would call me back to schedule the work, and called at that time to tell me they were on their way to my house. They explained what was to be done and finished very quickly. The cost was right in line or slightly less that I expected and I definitely would refer them to anyone that needs garage door/opener service. They were respectful but friendly and it was a great experience. I have had garage door service on two other occasions while in my home, and although that service was ok I would return to this company for the overall experience of efficiency, cost, and trusting that they were very experienced at their work.

The garage door broke on Thursday night. I called Shamrock just before 8AM on Friday morning, and Scott was at my home in less than an hour. He had the problem sorted out by 9:15AM and was on his way. Great job!

Garage door broke on Sunday. I called six highly rated repair services from Angie's List. Only Scott answered his phone. (Most of the others did not even return the call.) He called back again to confirm the appointment and showed up first thing the next morning. He repaired the garage door quickly. I would absolutely call Scott again.

They came out right away, communicated well, and did good work. He knew exactly what to do and had all of the parts with him. This was much better than my last experience with a garage door company. I will absolutely use him again and recommend him to anyone that asks.

Called Shamrock a little after 9AM. Scott answered right away. He told me he'd call within an hour and a half and could be here before noon! He called an hour later and was here in less than 2 hours from my call. In 10 minutes, he had diagnosed what was wrong and repaired both doors. He advised me that my doors are of decent quality and functioning just fine. He even helped me change the battery on my keypad (which had stopped working). He did all of this for a VERY reasonable price and was done a mere 2 hours after we first called. He also instructed us on how to easily maintain our doors for the future. This experience was the best we could have hoped for.

Scott was very responsive. He answered my phone call in the evening and came out to our home early next morning. He is very professional and got the work done promptly with high quality. I would definetely recommend his company to anyone who needs work done to garage doors.

Same day service. Had the part in his service van. Scott is honest, fast, and good. Offered a replacement new belt drive opener for $350, but said that we would be fine just making the repair. I would recommend Shamrock to anyone.

From the estimate to the installation, Scott was very pleasant and professional. In my phone calls seeking other estimates, I detemined the price Scott quoted was very competitive. Scott and "Jake" who assisted him, arrived on time and worked steadily until the job was done. After the job was done all the mess was cleaned up and Scott instructed me on how the new opener and key panel worked. The doors look great and I was very happy with the end results. I would definitely use Shamrock again and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
