CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS EXCELLENT INSPECTOR. VERBALLY AGREED TO INSPECT MY CONDO FOR A NEW PURCHASE. DIDN'T HEAR FROM THEM FOR SEVERAL DAYS, AND AFTER MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS, REPORTS HE COULDN'T DO INSPECTION, LEAVING ME SCRAMBLING FOR ANOTHER INSPECTOR SINCE MY TIME WAS EXPIRING. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THE INSPECTOR(S) DOES THIS AS A SECOND JOB AND I FOUND THEM DIFFICULT TO REACH.

ROGER FOUND SOME CRITICAL PROBLEMS WITH THE FOUNDATION THAT WE DID NOT NOTICE DURING OUR WALK THROUGH. THIS WAS EXTREMELY VALUABLE AND HELPFUL. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CODE REQUIREMENTS AND DOES A VERY THOROUGH JOB. PROVIDES AN EXTENSIVE WRITTEN REPORT.
Description of Work: PUT A CONTRACT IN ON A HOME AND ROGER DID THE INSPECTION.
