Nicely Done

They were the only ones who called me back. She lives close to me and she was excellent. I started using her a month and a half ago and she's been here three or four times. She tailors her prices to what she's doing, but it's a fair price. My other cleaner charged the same for me and I don't have everything cleaned in my house when she comes. She's very honest and very efficient. She's very personable and very prompt. She's very dependable because she called me back immediately and because she wanted to take me as a client. I think she's kind of a little bit picky about who she takes because she wants to take people that are handy for her. She doesn't live very far from where I am and so I think my location was good. She met my husband first because I was out of town and he liked her. We just had a good feeling about everything. She's very professional in every respect and she does a very good job cleaning. I told her last week that I was going to give her a reference on Angie's List. She said thank you and it would be great, so that's what I'm doing. I was a little bit dismayed and didn't think I would get calls back from anybody because I was trying to find people who I thought lived up in the area where I live. Nobody called me back and I guess people don't need work that badly, but she called me back right away. She asked when did I need her and I told her that I could be pretty flexible. She said what about on a Wednesday and that's the day we settled on and it's working out fine. She has one person that helps her. They have worked together for years and have been friends for years and I think that's positive too. She doesn't have a huge business and there's no turnover. It's just she and the other gal and I think they've worked together since she started her business, so it's working really well so far. She's coming again on Monday because she had to switch the day for next week.

She was on time, did the work exactly as we discussed by phone and when she arrived, and I was very happy with the quality of work and how quickly she got it all done. She was also very professional. Would hire her again.
