Excellent! I received a crew that was at a high caliber of professional . This crew was ; Efficient , properly utilize their time, handled our belongings with the utmost respect and delicacy, they worked well as a team, and had no problem dealing with the obstacles they had to jump through during the apartment portion of the first move. I felt very confident that I could run other errands and handle other business while that crew was managing my move . "A Team ", all day, all the way around.

Couldn't have asked for better move! All workers were so friendly! Everything went very efficient! Would hire again in the future!

They were a Godsend, prompt, courteous, and careful with our furniture as they manhandled it up a hill to our house during one of the warmest days of this summer. We have a considerable amount of furniture which needs to go to our family in Kentucky, and will use them to move it there.

Well, it was done at an hourly rate. They didn't bill me down. They did everything as though it was their furniture. Everything was covered. Whatever last was left we had them stop off at my daughter's house. They did an unload and a move there. I did the packing. I would rate them excellent.

Marlen, Austin and Tre did a great job for us. Very professional. This was our third moving experience this year (multi-phase relocation) and we had some pretty bad experiences with 2 other companies. These guys were different and they went above and beyond to make this a much better experience. We had a little bit of a later start time than expected, but that was due to an issue with the truck out of the movers control.

Okay. The guys doing the work were great. There was a slight hiccup in which they accidentally let my cat out, but it worked out okay. The only issues I have are as follows: 1. Pricing was a bit steep for a one bedroom apartment 2. I wasn't called or emailed with a final price for the move out/move into storage 3. I wasn't provided with the location of my storage unit

We were very impressed with Moving Ahead Services. Tre, Bobby, and Hassan were very fast, careful, kind and professional. We will definitely be calling them again for future moves.

Dropped and damaged furniture. Kept damaged pieces for 6 mos. for repairs.

The movers arrived on time, they were polite, courteous, asked about how to handle certain items, and worked very hard. This is a great company that I certainly hire again. They moved larger items in our home (couch, washer/dryer, dressers, etc.), quickly and efficiently. They made sure everything was wrapped up and protected to avoid damage. I highly recommend this company!

Contacted them via their website and response was fast and efficient. We appreciated that they scheduled service immediately, but left us the option to cancel at no cost. We scheduled about three weeks in advance and the communication between initial contact and date of service was excellent - regular, but not intrusive. They were late arriving on the scheduled morning, but called early and often to keep us informed and it caused us no issues. The two movers, Jason and Saxon, were simply fantastic - polite, hard working and efficient. The amount of items to be moved was not extensive, but much of it was very heavy and there were several antiques/family heirlooms. Jason and Saxon worked incredibly hard all day and our furniture arrived without damage. They are not the least expensive option, but this is a good company, with good people. I would hire them again .

Good, but it was the hottest day of the summer. Understandably, the oppressive heat caused the crew to work more slowly than they would have under normal conditions. They had to go up and down stairs in both houses, so it wasn't easy! Total cost was higher than we'd planned, since charges are on an hourly basis. But we got moved! Crew lead and the 2 young men doing the work were very nice to us - considerate, polite, friendly, and appreciative. They were also careful not to cause any damage to belongings, freshly painted walls, floors, doors. We had a good moving crew. I recommend them!

Great, except the weather was so hot and oppressive, the job took longer than we had hoped (= expensive). The guys were great though, and they did a very good job. We got moved! They were careful, did no damage - and they were considerate, friendly, and polite. We were very comfortable with this crew. I recommend this moving company.

It went very well. They were prompt and efficient. Our kitchen items were packed up carefully and efficiently. The move to the new house went well.

It went very well. The men were efficient, pleasant and everything arrived safely. I required their services to take furniture and boxes from two Cincinnati locations to a storage facility in Columbus. One of the locations was an old home near UC campus. That required extra attention to navigate the furniture in tight spaces and drive their truck on a narrow street. It was pricey but they did a great job so it was worth it.

The move was estimated to take 4 to 6 hours. Having moved my parents and my in-laws three times in the past 3 years I estimated it would take 8 hours. It actually took 12 hours which is ridiculous (especially given that we only moved 1 mile away and we downsized considerable). They arrived 45 minutes late. There were supposed to be 4 guys but only three showed up and one of the 3 was brand new so had to be told to do stuff. While it was raining hard that day, obviously the truck must have a leak because a few of my items were soaked. They did damage to the hallway at the home we moved from and did not even bother to mention it. Some damage also found at the new house, that again they failed to mention. I decided to us this company based on reviews I read, but I have no idea how they have such good reviews........ I would not recommend using them to others that are moving.

Moving Ahead was fabulous. They were punctual, they went over the paper work before they started loading the van. They were friendly and professional. Couldn't ask for a better service on even a hotter day to be moving. They were wonderful!

We kept playing telephone tag and the owner was out of town a lot. Wasn't happy that they had an answering service. My last several calls to them were not returned.

Excellent! Marlan and Kyle did an awesome job with our move. The conditions were rough- rainy, humid and we were moving across columbus from a single story ranch home to a 3 story town home. Yikes! However, they handled the move with ease. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. II would definitely use again. Thanks Marlan and Kyle! You guys rock!
