Description of Work: They loaded up all the boxes and furniture from my place in Columbus and transported and unloaded it in Dayton. Very hard workers, friendly, and professional.

Description of Work: Overall I was very pleased. I would give them an A minus. The only reason for the minus is they missed a desk I wanted moved to the curb for bulk pick up & a filing cabinet that needed to go to my new home. But other than that they were excellent. Curtious, hard working, efficient and reasonably priced. Would recommend to friends and family in the future.

Description of Work: They helped us move our large furniture from an apartment into a house across town. The entire experience was fantastic. The movers were professional and friendly and I'd use them again.

Description of Work: Many broken items and the company will not reimburse unless you agree to sign an agreement stating you won't publish negative reviews about them. On mere principal, I refused to sign. Beware if you utilize this company.

Description of Work: They moved our entire house plus a wooden swing set. Everything was handled carefully and padded appropriately. Did a good job of strategizing how to load and unload in order to pack the most safely in the truck. They laid down plastic to protect the floors. They even voluntarily worked around my 2yo who fell asleep in her empty room while waiting for tge truck to arrive in the late afternoon. We shut the door, put a sign up, and all of her furniture were held back until she woke up. All ofthe guys tip toed past until her power nap was over. Everyone worked hard, rarely took breaks and were very kind.

Description of Work: This company and their men were great movers. Easy set on phone after online request. Both men showed up 10 minutes early ready to work. They were very care with my furniture asking specific questions. Wrapped and protected my furniture without any damages. Unloaded in time frame. Would definetly recommend them and will use them again.

Description of Work: I originally called and scheduled a pack, load, move and unpack job that was supposed to span two days. The packing was to take place on day 1 and the rest was supposed to happen on day 2. I booked a hotel for the night in between. I did not learn the entire process was booked on only one day on their books. I learned from one of the movers there was confusion about the job...long story short, they did not have the details worked out, they were short-handed and they were busy. I do appreciate they tried to recover on service....they paid half of the hotel bill ... But I did not need it at all since the move all happened in one day My move began at 10A and ran after midnight. It was a really long day for everyone. A dresser was seriously damaged in the move but they are trying to assist with repair. The movers themselves were polite and seemed hard working. I do think they tried to make things right, and I do appreciate that, but there were too many problems.
