Company very professional. Arrived on time and the young men doing the moving and packing very polite and curtious. Would recommend and will use them again.

We moved to our new home in December. This is the second time we've used Moving Ahead Services to get the job done. They quoted us a move time that seemed reasonable for the size of our house and 2 storage units. The guys who were assigned to do the move showed up on time and were very professional. They listened to everything we had to say and took very good care of all of our possessions. For everything that they moved, I only saw one tiny streak that they left behind on the wood floors, and that was easily cleaned up. The guys were note only efficient but they had a great attitude and were fun to be around. I would highly recommend using this company and their services.

WE have used Moving Ahead Service for four different moves (Cleveland to Columbus and three in the Lewis Center/Powell area. Estimates were accurate, scheduling was always to our dates, punctuality (always on time) and quality was great. Four moves and NO damage to any furniture or belongings. I would highly recommend MAS for any moves that you have coming up. Very friendly, professional and hard working.

If you need movers, these are your guys. The entire experience from booking through move day was great. The team arrived on time and their work ethic and sense of humor made a stressful day like moving much more enjoyable. They handled all of our belongings with care, we were very impressed with them. The pricing was fair and the team made sure I understood everything I was paying for along the way. Highly recommend.

The movers were first rate, very helpful! However, their truck was too small, we only were moving a few furniture pieces. But, a heck of a lot of boxed! Their had the truck packed and stuffed and they could not get everything in! So a one day move at eight hours became a two day move at five hours with associated costs! So we ended up paying for two moves for a three bedroom house. The gentlemen were wonderful, but it became very expensive because their truck was just to small! So beware if you are moving out of town and have a large household!

I had excellent service from Moving Ahead Services beginning with the estimator right thru to the three men who moved my household belongings. They offer a great value for the services received. All employees were professional and courteous. The three movers did a great job - they shrink wrapped most items to prevent any damage. They even moved a few items after all furniture was in place to better fit the rooms. The final cost was less than estimated and the job was completed in less time which generated a savings. Great job all around!

We had to move our mother to long term care on very short notice. I called Moving Ahead Services on Tuesday and they had us moved on Wednesday. Granted it was a very small move but they were a Godsend. Thomas and Carlos were polite and respectful and a real pleasure to be around. All around a wonderful experience.

This company was the best service oriented company we have ever worked with. They were professional, polite, friendly, helpful and even offered to do extra tasks if we needed them to. Our move was so much easier with this company in charge of it. And there was not one broken dish (we had a lot of fragile items).These are the type of people that you want to get to know. We owe them a really big thank you for their service.

Efficient, personalized service. The team I worked was great

They were friendly but not super efficient. I feel like they had a lot of wasted time during our move and it always took them longer. I thought I was getting a good price too but it took them 6 hours to move stuff into 1 truckload, drive .5 mile, and unload. It cost me over $1,100, which was more than planned. They also did a good bit of damage to walls in both houses and my bedroom furniture. I have submitted a damage claim form but have not yet recieved a response. They did come and fix damage in one house though and I appreciated that.

I booked Moving Ahead Services based off a couple of reviews and was very happy with the service I received. Don and Nick were professional, efficient, and safe with my belongings (nothing was broken, damaged, and they made sure to handle everything carefully).
