+ -1 moreExcellent! The technician was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and did an excellent job. When I remarked that I thought the hourly rate had increased since the last time I used Microman, the technician offered to check into it when he got back to the office. The following day, I received a message indicating that an incorrect hourly rate was charged and that I would be receiving a reimbursement check which I did.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE NOT EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO OTHERS. THE PRICE GIVEN IS FOR 2 HOURS OF WORK. THEY HAVE A 48-HOUR TURNAROUND. THEY CALLED ME BACK A WEEK LATER TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS ALRIGHT! THE TECHNICIAN, HIMSELF, CALLED ME BACK.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED ADDITIONAL MEMORY ON MY COMPUTER, AND A FREE SPYWARE PROGRAM THAT DOES NOT ALLOW COOKIES TO ENTER. I TOOK THE COMPUTER TO THEM. THEY DO NOT COME TO YOUR HOME.
