Handyman doesn’t seem like the right word, home guru is better! I hired Joe to help me with some repairs around my condo while I was in the selling process. He took time to go through the entire condo made a comprehensive list and a plan to address everything in a condensed time frame. He communicated often with updates and was timely, responsive and professional. Would highly recommend him!

We had two bathrooms renovated which included flooring, new vanity, new lighting, plumbing fixtures, trim, tile, painting, exhaust fans and shower doors. Joe is very detail oriented with an awesome ability to problem solve different situations that came up with our 70's house. Wonderful clean up at the end of the day and communication with each days plan was great. Would absolutely hire again!

Joe is a one man army. He does it all and he does it with excellence in mind. We are 100% pleased with all of the work he did. The master bath renovation was challenging to say the least, and Joe rose to meet each and every challenge. The projects encountered shipping delays, broken items and other issues but Joe is, if anything, flexible. The prices are reasonable for services performed. He responds quickly to request and schedules work in a timely manner. Today we had a patio screen door installed. Another quality job done. Outstanding! I can't say enough great things about the professional, excellent work that Joe completed. He contracted me in a timely manner once I completed the request on Angi's list. He provided an estimate for the work and within the week was at my home to complete the work. Joe is very knowledgeable about a variety of areas of home improvement - plumbing, drywall, flooring, repairs, etc.. He is very professional and does excellent work. He cleaned up after all repairs and my home looked like it did before he came. He has a very pleasant personality and we will welcome Joe back anytime to do any repairs. He was wonderful. Excellent. Joe assisted me in purchasing new flooring, guiding me in proper measurements, and best product to purchase while keeping within established budget. We communicated through email and texting in preparation for job. He answered all my questions and never made me feel I was asking a silly question. He arrived each day promptly at set time, texted me when he was on his way. He took extra care in the work space and cleaned up each day when he left. Except for the closed door on bathroom, you would never know renovations were being done after hours. The work was done in my elderly mom's bedroom and he made sure her path was clear when he left each day. Joe is pleasant, respectful of property and of my mom and me. He communicated to me throughout the day. The job took about 4 days total. My cat followed him around everywhere and he made sure to pet her, talk to her; it was awesome. He double and triple checked everything he did including going down into the crawl space to make certain all the pre-existing plumbing was correct for the new fixtures. Also importantly, he was mindful of COVID precautions and wore a mask when needed. I felt safe and I felt that the job was done well and by someone who cares about his work. I would rehire in a heartbeat!

Joe did a a fantastic job on several of our home improvement projects this past summer (two bathrooms and kitchen). He definitely exceeded our expectations!
