Description of Work: Came out took measurements told me to go to flooring store and pick out laminate floor that I would like. Told me they would get with me the following week. I made several calls which they would not return calls. After more than two weeks of not returning calls I finally got a hold of his wife finally. She told me her husband was too busy. I think that is really unprofessional to lead a person on to do the work and then blow them off and not return a call and tell the truth.

+ -1 moreBecause we thought we were going to have to relocate we wanted to update our finishes to sell our house so we contacted Larry Davis. They provided several samples. When we learned we were not going to relocated, we decided not to purchase the flooring.
Description of Work: Larry and Lori provided several samples of carpet and hardwood flooring for our house. I have done business with them over the past 20 years and found them to be responsive and professional. Their prices are great.

+ -1 moreLori makes the process of selecting carpet very convenient by bringing samples to the house. She is knowledgeable, flexible, and easy to work with. I had her carpet 2 rooms in my house prior to this time and would definitely use her again.
Description of Work: Carpet, pet padding, and replacement of some tack strips in 2 bedrooms, a hallway, staircase, and landing.

+ -1 moreA quote was never provided regarding the binding of the mats and it was a little higher than expected. The installers decided they had a better job and pushed mine off and were 6 hours late - despite the fact that they knew that I used vacation time to stay home from work to wait for them. They arrived just as I had to leave to pick up my daughter, so I had to leave them unattended in my house. They did not follow instructions for completing the job and also did not pull the front door completely closed when they left. In response to my complaint, they did not charge me for the repair job.
Description of Work: The amount paid was to have some small pieces of carpet bound. The amount that they agreed to not bill us for is a repair job for which the installers were 6 hours late.

+ -1 moreLORI BRINGS CARPET SAMPLES TO OUR HOUSE. SHE RESEARCHED A PAD WITH A MOISTURE BARRIER. HER PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER PLACES. THE INSTALLERS DID A GREAT JOB ALSO.
Description of Work: NEW PADDING (PET PAD WITH MOISTURE BARRIER), TACK STRIPS, AND CARPET INSTALLED IN 2 ROOMS, PLUS NEW PADDING ON SMALL LANDING AREA. WE TORE UP AND DISPOSED OF THE OLD PADDING AND CARPET.
