Description of Work: I found Teresa because I was interested in one of her listings. Immediately, I was impressed with her responsiveness. Although she had already succeeded in selling the home I had inquired about, she took the time to call me back and answer my questions. I quickly decided that I wanted to work with Teresa. Teresa showed my husband and I 40 houses in 2 days! She knew that we had only a week to make a decision and she invested a great deal of time and effort into showing us every home we wanted to see. She did a great job of letting us know about the little details about neighborhoods that we weren't aware of (e.g. this one is close to a small airport, this one is close to a corporate farm, etc.). She understood that finding the right community to live in was an important part of our decision. Since we were looking in the Dublin area she took us to the community recreation center and the library. Note: "Project cost" is for buyer's agent realty commission.
