I have had Haas do my exterior to Muirfield specifications and also repaint two interior rooms. Good price. Good people. Easy to work with. In this case, I have a screwy room with a couple of slanted walls that go from the walls to the ceiling. John and I talked about painting those with ceiling paint instead of the wall color as was done previously. I was unable to inspect right when they finished. When I did inspect, I found the slanted walls were still wall color. I looked at the quote and realized it hadn't made it on there. I should have checked. I called John. He remembered the conversation and sent his guys back to fix it at no extra charge. I would use them again and probably will soon.

As an Architect, I had specific requests about how the work should be completed, including number of coats of paint, multiple scopes of work, and the like. Of the house painting contractors I met with, Haas was the only company that broke down the work in accordance with the scope of work that I wrote. They were very responsive, they performed the work quickly, they did a great job of preparing the surfaces for new paints, and everything looks great. I had a few minor problems, which they were quick to remedy. The cost of the work was somewhat high, but I believe necessary in order to do a quality job. My only unaddressed complaint was that the landscaping was not well protected from paint scrapings. In every other regard, however, Haas met or exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this contractor if quality is your top priority. And when the house needs painted again years from now, I will certainly be calling them back.

This is our second time that we have used them, first time was in spring when we moved in. John And His Crew are Excellent. the experience was wonderful compare to other painters we had used before. they are very polite, on time and are very CLEAN. Excellent work!! I would defiantly recommend them to anyone that is looking for interior or exterior painting and wanting a good experience. we will be calling them to get the Exterior done when time comes.

We had all of the trim on our home replaced late September 2014 and were trying to get the entire exterior painted before winter. We obtained 4-5 estimates. The initial meeting with John went very well. He had a prepared, inclusive presentation--photos and reviews from previous customers. He provided and reviewed a detailed estimate that same day. We were impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of the painting business. While his quote was one of the higher ones, we eagerly signed with John. "You get what you pay for" doesn't always apply, but it most definitely did in this case. This was the second time we've had our house painted in the last 6 years. While the first company was considerably less expensive, the quality wasn't even close to what John provided. When it comes to price, make sure you're comparing apples to apples. Other companies quotes may be a bit lower, but really look at the details of the estimate. Such as the brand and 'performance level' of the paint they'll be using. Cheaper product may increase the frequency of re-painting--which means you'll end up paying more in the long run. Different paint makes a BIG difference, so make sure to check! We were concerned about painting that late in the year and John agreed it was best to hold off until spring. He could have easily done the work at that time, but knew the conditions were less than optimal. He takes pride in his work and doesn't cut corners to make money his top priority. He started our job in May of 2015 John provided a free color consultation. Erica was wonderful to work with and really helped us make the final decision. We had been struggling to decide whether to paint the trim white or cream. We had multiple shades and they offered to paint all of the colors on one of the windows to help us decide. They went above and beyond during the entire job. Their attention to detail was astounding! They painted the utility boxes on the side of the house, removed stray nails and even removed (not taped) the light sconces to paint the trim behind them. They didn't cut corners when it came to the prep work either. We were very concerned because we had a brand new paver walkway and landscaping installed along the side of our house. They thoroughly covered every inch of our pavers and plants. Not one drop of paint, not one broken twig! Outstanding! They don't just paint! Hence their phrase, "Bringing Value Beyond the Brush". John was pleasantly accommodating when we added on a few items, including cleaning the exterior of the 2nd level windows. John and his crew were dependable and punctual. He was on the jobsite every day and had great communication skills. Spring weather being highly unpredictable, he always kept us informed of any delays. Easily reached, he provided his email and cell phone number. Finally, he wouldn't take one dime of payment until EVERYTHING was met with our approval! He is clearly focused on the customer and will continue to flourish in his business. We HIGHLY recommend John Haas and his crew!

We chose to have 3 estimates done which all where very close to the same price. When meeting John Haas, it was very clear as to why his company earned the Super Service Award last year. John was very prepared with all the information we needed to make decisions as to products and colors. John provided free of charge, a color consultant. At first we thought we knew what colors we wanted to use then realized if the consultation was free....why not try it? Ericka was a huge help with our color choices and we were so very pleased that we used that free service. Knowing that May is an extremely busy time for exterior painting we were treated as though we were the most important customer. John was excellent in communicating with us and his crew. The crew was led by Abel who was very professional and friendly. The 3 man crew were professional and extremely thorough. When the job was finished, Abel went over the entire house with me to make sure every thing was done to my complete satisfaction. John followed up 2 days later with another walk around the house to verify 100% satisfaction. That was when payment was due, when we were totally satisfied. Our house looks wonderful! We are very pleased with the entire process!

It went very, very well!! John (owner) and his assistant (Josh) are top notch and very professional. The estimate was provided very shortly after making the initial phone call, and was about the same cost as one other. (One other estimate was quite a bit higher!) Because they indicated they had a crew of 4-5 persons, and thought the job would be done in 4-5 days, we decided to utilize them. (The other, similar cost estimate was from a 2 person crew and thought it would take them two weeks. After the amount of time it took Haas, with 5 helpers on most of the 5 days, I now think it would've taken them more than that.) On most days 4 or 5 men would arrive at the house arrive around 9:30 a.m. and leave around 5:45 p.m. They even worked a Saturday which was fine; we left the house for a few hours and ran errands. The preparation (taping, covering of furniture, etc.) was impressive. They are very meticulous and thorough! All of the men (Alberto, Juan, Abel,...) were polite and respectful and did a great job of cleaning up and organizing things at the end of the day. The actual painting job itself was a very high quality; they make any needed drywall repairs as well. We could not be happier with the service Haas Painting Company provided!!!

John Haas of Haas Painting Company (HPC) was one of three people who last year (2013) estimated painting our house. Immediately, John impressed me with his professionalism and his accommodating attitude. I decided to hire him but was sick for several months and couldn?t have my house painted. In September (2014) I called to hire him. He remembered me immediately and met with me that week to discuss the details of the project. He also informed me that I could meet with his designer to help pick out colors at no extra cost and also paid for sample colors. In addition, the paint job is guaranteed for two years! The project was started in the time frame he gave me. Through the whole project, John was very accommodating to my concerns and wishes. I added more items after we talked, and John graciously agreed to add them on to the schedule. Also, I am highly sensitive to chemical smells, including paint. John scheduled the painting when I could be out of the house. John stopped by the house every day to give instructions and insure they were carried out. Even with bad weather and my limitations, the house was painted on schedule. The crew was also very amenable and did a marvelous job. My house looks fantastic. I could not be happier or more grateful that I hired John. John and his crew were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend HPC.

John (owner) came out with Josh and gave me a precise quote to have my children's bedrooms painted and one of their closets. I also had them remount a door frame and paint along with a very large loft ledge that needed to be painted to match my trim work. Many of my neighbors had recommended and several in my real estate office had mentioned they do superior work at a great price. The work was done in two days with a crew of five people. I paid the same amount I was estimated at which also included the paint. John and Josh came out to make sure I was satisfied with the work before I paid anything....who does that? They are local family guys and very sweet. Their attention to detail was unmatched! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and I will be referring to my clients in the future!

This job was so difficult and demanding that several recommended contractors turned me down. John Haas expressed confidence and enthusiasm from the get-go and, working in awful weather conditions, his crew did remarkable job without error or complaint. The exterior trim now looks good as new and is covered by warranty. Haas required no advance deposit and even had me withhold $500 until they are able to come back in the spring a do a little touch-up with windows open. I've had lots of people work on this house since moving here in 1990, but never anyone one more professional, dependable, or pleasant that Mr. Haas. He and his crew are first-rate.

Is is the second time I used Haas painting. The first time his company painted the exterior of my house. After that experience I knew I would use him for all of my painting needs. His guys show up when he says they will be there and they finish in the timeframe he commits. It rained a lot in October which made it a difficult to finish the deck but his guys showed up on the first sunny day which happened to be a Sunday! I was so impressed and everything looked beautiful.

The whole process was excellent, from the initial quote to clean-up! We received a quote on the spot. The painters were on-time everyday and extremely professional. The finished product is amazing. We have already recommended Haas Painting Company to friends and families who have recently seen the newly painted rooms.

Haas painting communicated extremely well. They were very clear on when they thought the job would start. The job was not a huge job, but is was important to me. They treated the job very professionally and I would recommend them. They did a final walk through when the job was over to make sure I was satisfied.

First, I have understated what was provided. I could not have been happier with the service. John Haas was extremely prompt and professional in getting me a detailed estimate - and that was just the beginning of an excellent experience. John and his team went beyond expectation in painting and restoring the wood trim on my home. There was wood p***** damage, rotten wood, nested wood, rust issues, and gutter issues. His team fixed issues we did not even discuss. Communication was excellent. And from my end, extremely low maintenance. Also, he has an effective relationship with Sherwin Williams - who was very helpful in helping me find the final, perfect color. ' lots of compliments from my neighbors. I have hired poor contractors, where there was a strong disconnect between the sales arm and the staff execution - you had to "babysit". This was different. ' great experience. I very highly recommend this company!.

The house turned out amazing. The crew did great work - very professional. Everything was cleaned up and taken care of each day. We hired HPC to paint the stucco and trim on the exterior of our home. The crew did a fantastic job, transforming the look of our house. The neighbors have been giving us positive feedback ever since!

We had a wonderful experience working with John from start to finish. We wanted to change the color of our house and John sent out a color specialist to help us choose new colors. John communicated frequently to let us know where we were in the process. We are very pleased with the final result and have gotten many compliments. We were very impressed with the crew. Their attention to detail was fantastic and they did a great job cleaning up each day. When we are ready to do interior painting, we will be giving John a call.

Let's just say that working with John is how all work and communications should go with someone doing work within your home. We were referred to John by two of my wife's co-workers. From the start, John has been a great at communication and responsiveness. Initially, we got a free estimate of the work, with lots of options to work from and even to reduce the price if we wanted to complete certain portions ourselves (We ended up having them just handle everything in the interest of time). After the estimate, which was completed in the evening to help with our schedule, John made his color consultant available (always free of charge) to us. The color consultant definitely helped us narrow down our color choices. After the color consultation, we were able to pickup samples (we had 6 different samples I think) along with disposable brushes to try out the colors on our wall from our local Sherwin Williams, all on John's tab (There was not a separate charge added in after the estimate based on how many samples you get). Once we decided on our colors, I think we then scheduled with him a week out to have them come out and do the job. On the day's of the job, him and his team arrived at the agreed upon time of 8:30 (they actually arrived a little early and were out in their car, which is way better than other contractors whom I always seem to end up waiting for). Most of first day was prep work, which INCLUDED patching any and all holes (including a 3 foot crack), and sanding down ALL the walls to remove existing bumps and paint drips. Ultimately, the job was completed within 2 days (estimated 2-3 days) and the quality is great. No paint on moldings, no spills, nothing on any of our furniture that I could find and the walls look amazing! They even cleaned up some of the previous paint that was on moldings from long past painting. Can you find cheaper? Yes, but then you would have the crappy horrible paint job that we used to have, with spots on walls, paint on moldings and inconsistent paint patterns on walls (not to mention the areas where you could tell not enough paint was used to coat a wall). One thing, we did notice a few spots during the walk-through that we wanted touched up, literally a few tiny areas, and John was great about it. They came out within another day and we are happy with the results. Highly recommend, and we will definitely use again in the future. One more note, as of our project being completed, John provided for a two year warranty for his work.

John was great to work with. He came out and gave us the estimate and I was sold on his company right away. He had a color "expert" come out and give me some ideas free of charge. John also suggested doing a darker color on the stucco and a lighter color on the trim. I decided to go with his suggestion and love the way it turned out. The project took about 3 days to complete. I am very pleased with the job his company did and would definitely recommend him to any friends and family.

John (owner) is terrific - very punctual and professional, and was a big help in selecting the right shade and formula for the stucco exterior of a 20+ year home. It only took his team 2 1/2 days to complete the project!

I love working with John. The consultant for colors and the paint samples decreased the stress of changing the look of our home. I tried various color combinations on the front of our house until I was happy. Four colors worked the best. I have had many compliments from our neighbors and many have called John to work on their homes. His team is punctual, polite and clean everything up each night.
