Promptly got to me for estimate & then on doing the work. Did exactly what we reviewed on walk thru. Knock out the job & cleaned up like they were never there. Would use them again.

The company started out very well. They were prompt and knew what they were talking about for gutters soffits and facia After waiting three weeks for them to start Paul told me it would take 2 days so I took off work to be there at father where the work was to be performed. Instead of 2 days, it took 4. They came without material and had to spot buy even after 3 weeks to prepare. I am totally satisfied with the quality of their work, but their planning leaves a lot to be desired. On the fourth day, they sent 6 people to finish the job. If they would have done that the first 2 days the would have completed the work as commuted. So now I am driving 8 hours round trip to verify the work was completed.

When they started working, Paul saw the existing gutters were in worse shape than he thought but changed the plan quickly and was able to complete the repair without costing me more money,

I wish my experience was the same as the other reviews. But unfortunately, the owner Paul's follow up or follow through wasn't good. I always had to contact him for updates. The painting was not professionally done at all, you can still see the old paint, as well as getting paint on my siding. In addition to not having all material ready for the job, and to have ordered the incorrect stone. I always got excuses, and felt at time my job wasn't of importance. Wouldn't recommend.

The company charged me $1829 to clean and repair gutters. The crew of ten showed up and finished the job in 30 minutes. When I inquired if they had cleaned the gutters and downspouts they told me they had. The work was done last year around the beginning of summer. Since then I have had continuous leaks and gutter overflows (waterfalls). I called the company about warranty service and they sent out a crew after about one month and an additional call. The warranty crew did a great job. Installed more diverters and cleaned multiple clogged downspouts and ran water through all of them. This work could have been done right the first time. I think the problem with this company and others like it is they don't have a supervisor inspect the work after its done. They leave it to the crew to speak for the completed work. In my case, I received service worth about one-third of what I paid. The warranty work was superb. I would recommend Gutter Masters hire the warranty crew to do all their work. I give Gutter Masters 5 stars for honoring their warranty and 2.5 stars for the original work.

Very professional owner was responsive and service was fast

Paul and his employees were very professional. They did a great job completing the few odd jobs concerning the roof flashing, an uneven gutter and a disconnected downspout that was channeling water into the foundation. Very quick to respond to the questions I had and come up with solutions to the problems. Everything was completed fairly quickly. I would not hesitate to hire Paul and his crew again nor would I hesitate to recommend them to others.

Paul and his employees were professional! They did an amazing job on repairing my wood trim around the house. They were very respectful to the property and the quality of the work was amazing. Came back promptly when I reached out about a minor repair that was needed. Would definitely recommend using them for anything you may need.

I dealt directly with the owner. He came out to the house for an estimate personally. He did not try to upsell me on anything and gave me some great advice. Being a new home owner I had some questions. His team worked fast, and clean. Not only did they replace my gutters but they decided to (not asked to) secure the molding underneath the gutters as well for no other reason than it needed to be done. I would strongly recommend, and have already recommended, Paul and his crew to anyone. Thanks Paul and crew. Job well done.

Great response time to my request for an estimate. When the owner came out to take a look at our problem with rotted fascia, he gave a thorough explanation as to why it was rotted, and also a solution to prevent further damage elsewhere by installing a drip edge. Very pleased with the friendliness of the two men and the work that they did. Highly recommend!

Paul was very accommodating with scheduling a quote, and completing the work, extremely knowledgeable about gutters, adding in our rain barrels, adding on gutter protection, replacing wood, burying an additional drain, and even had a camera to check patency of the drain to the street. Workers were on time, did exactly what was ordered, cleaned up after themselves, and very polite. It was a job well done from start to finish, and at a very competitive price. it rained the following day and everything works well.

Work is delayed 2 days but the communication from Paul, the owner ,is fantastic. Paul always responds my message within 10 min and the communication is very good. The work quality is great and they even fixed other minor stuffs for free. Price is higher than I expected but they did do a good job.
