I had an extremely clogged downspout. I had used another company twice, and they never fixed the problem. Gutter Master came to my home and assessed the situation. Within a few days, a very polite gutter technician arrived and took apart my downspout and removed the "packed- in" debris. The downspout is now working perfectly. The cost was very reasonable.

Pricing was reasonable. They replaced window trim and facia along with the gutters. Once completed , there was no follow-up/Quality Assurance. Multiple calls placed to owner with his work crew assuring him of a finished job. Paint colors did not match after we requested to have the white caulk touched up. The gutters were not flush with the house in turn having water and ice run down the side of the house. After several months of back and forth the owner finally came out to inspect. He stated he understood why we we not pleased with outcome. He stated he would have some one out to finish the job. Fast forward from December 2020 to June 2021-gutter issue never rectified. Owner claims the wood on the front of the house was faded and could not be matched. We were previously assured they could do match via Sherwin Williams given their multitude of colors to match. In summary, reasonable pricing, focus on details was lacking and little to no quality assurance.

Scheduling was wrong. Price was great. Did not “clean”gutters. Just emptied leaves out but gutters still dirty. Blame myself since I did not check the work. Worker was very friendly & courteous though

Paul gave me a competitive price for quality material, His crew lead by Fred Leddingham did a great job, Fred explained everything to me and corrected mistakes from the previous installer.If you need gutters and downspouts, I highly recommend GutterMasters.

I was very impressed with Paul and the information he gave me. I had several estimates and Paul was not the cheapest all though he was very reasonable and he was the best! He told me everything he would do and also gave me a lifetime warranty. They did all the work while I was gone and when I got home I could not tell anyone had been at my house because he cleaned up everything. There are a ton of gutter installers out there but if you do not give Paul a call you are missing out on a great company and an even better owner. THANKS, Paul!

Paul, the owner, was friendly and knowledgeable, he knew exactly what was necessary to make the repairs I needed, and when I mentioned another project at the last minute he was able to bundle them together and do both for a reasonable price competitive with other quotes I was given. His team showed up ahead of schedule, they were very friendly and efficient and they got the job done in just a few hours. They had absolute integrity and were able to salvage some of the materials on my house to avoid incurring extra costs for me unnecessarily, which says a lot about their trustworthiness in not taking advantage of their customer. They cleaned up after they were done and the repairs looked like new. Paul followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, and I could not be happier. Communication was great from start to finish, everything was seamless, I will be going to Paul and his guys for anything I need from this point forward.

They came out and provided a quote right away. It took them a while to come out and do the work. I had to call after they did not come by the designated date and ask if I was still on the calendar. They just showed up one Saturday. I had an issue with one window that they wrapped and they could not seem to fix it.
