They came out and gave me an estimate on Saturday morning, and the job was completed Monday afternoon.

I am very pleased with the work done, I had soffits and facia falling off my house, They were even able to re-use my old soffit, saving a lot of money, I needed all the old facia replaced, and new wood installed on overhang, because of weathering to wood. I have a nice little Ranch Home, and it was in need of a lot of work to the soffit, facia was all rotted out, and gutters were falling off at a couple places. The results of ONE day, are just amazing. My HOME looks like my home again. and the new seamless gutters and downspouts are truly awesome, I would recommend them for all gutter work .very professional, Great Fast results. .I so needed this done .They Started on Monday, I got the quote on Thursday. so was very fast, and Best of all very reasonable prices. I want to really thank that Crew, They Did a great Job, I know It was a rough Job. They do gutters, But they were helping rebuild the overhangs on my home .and Cleanup was great, never could tell they were there. Truck tracks and sawdust in the yard was all .THANKYOU GUYS.

Paul came out the next day to review the project after we called about getting a quote. His price beat the competitors quote and the the crew was able to start the gutter installation within a few days. The color of the gutters matched the metal roof perfectly and I was impressed with the work ethic of the installers to make sure everything was correct and they cleaned up when they were finished. Paul was always accessible if I had questions and he was there to review the job and make sure we were happy with the work. The gutters look great, the process was smooth and it was a very good contractor experience. Would highly recommend. Thanks Paul.

The crew did an excellent job

Summary: Gutters - great. Gutter guards - better have a drone if you got a two-story house to fly up there and take video footage to check the job or you may regret it!!! I had both new gutters and gutter guards installed by Paul Dyes company. First let me state I have no problems with the seamless gutters. I love em. Much better quality than the DIY job the investors put on this house while renovating it before I bought it. These are both up to code, and are seamless, sturdy high grade aluminum gutters. However, the gutter guard installation was a serious problem. Something in my gut told me to get up on the roof and check the job after it was done. Since I own a ranch and it is only one story, I took my latter out and got up on the roof. When I got up there, I started snapping photos (13-15 total) of gaps, exposed areas and a really shoddy job. I thought to myself, WTF?/!!! What if I was a senior citizen and was not healthy enough to get up on the roof or if I was terrified of heights I would have got robbed on that part of the job. I notified the owner of the company immediately, and he said the crew would be out to rectify things pronto. The reason I gave the company a 2.5 for customer service, is because they did come out the next day. But of course, I checked again. To my dissatisfaction I then had to snap up another set of photos. All problem areas had not been corrected (they got about half of them). I sent those photos to the owner of the company too. In short, the crew came back out after Thanksgiving and finally took care of the job correctly. I should not have had to get up on the roof three times to check, and continually take photos to show the bad workmanship of the job. When customers pay for a job to be done, they expect for it to be done correctly the first time. Most of us also o not expect to check behind work crews -- but that was necessary here. Now, do not take my word for it. I have photographic proof. If you want to judge for yourself, email me at 1chair@sbcglobal.net and I will forward the photographs and you can decide whether you want to take the risk of having a bad job performed. Like I said in my opening, you better have a drone to go up and review the work, otherwise, you are bound to get screwed. This is why I cannot recommend the company, even though I like the gutters. Half of a job done right the first time and three cracks at the second part of the job after calling it to the attention of the owner seems a bit much. I would have thought one notice would have been sufficient and sharing that information with the crew would have made them do their best work. I guess I was wrong. Note: I authorized payment for the gutters since I had no problem with that part of the job when that part of the job was done; but I had to refused to pay for the gutter guards until the job was done correctly. I did not authorized that payment until after getting up on a latter a fourth time and seeing the job was finally done right. P.R.West, Sr. Columbus, OH
