+ -1 moreI was not able to use their services because I couldn't get anything close to a firm estimate from them. They charge by square foot and there were a lot of conditions such as how much furniture there was to move, etc. I didn't have the time for them to come out just to do an estimate so went with another company that was able to give me one based on the number of areas, etc. The gentleman I talked to was very nice but they need to change their estimating method to be able to accomodate busy schedules.
Description of Work: No services performed since I could not get an estimate.

+ -1 moreI've never known a carpet cleaner to price their services by the square foot as opposed to the number of rooms, but Jeff did just that. Once he completed his measurements, he told me that he will call me with the estimate. I though this was funny since the whole point of him coming out was to measure and provide me with an estimate. As of the writing of this report I have not received an estimate from Jeff for my carpet cleaning. I've since went with another company to perform the service and they did a great job.
Description of Work: Jeff came out to provide me with an estimate for cleaning and scotchguarding the carpet in my entire house.

Not only did they offer to move all of my furniture, but they were very careful and protected the furniture with either plastic pieces or heavy styrofoam before moving it back in to place on the damp carpet. The carpet also had several very bad spots on it. Some of the spots have been there for years. All of the spots were either removed or look better than they have in years. They do cost a bit more than other companies, and I think they were worth it. I plan to hire them again next year.

+ 0 moreGreat One of the men at horrible body odor which smelled up my house but other than that they were wonderful, prompt and courteous They did track in alot of leaves which they did not attempt to clean up even though they had a shopvac with them to vacuum the couch before they cleaned. I say this because my previous cleaner always cleaned up the floor
Description of Work: Hand cleaned a delicate fabric couch Cleaned and spot treated a possible black marker spot on a cream carpet and got it out.

+ -1 moreI have used them in the past and they have always done a fabulous job and this time was no exception. I can count on them to be prompt and professional.
Description of Work: They were hired to clean 6 rooms, 3 sets of stairs and a hallway. I was unable to be home when they arrived so I left intstructions on what I wanted to be done. Although I wasn't home intially, when I arrived I realized that they had treated my home as if it was their own. It was a cold and wet day in December and after setting up they had made sure that the outside doors were closed so the house stayed warm, they had laid rugs down and wiped their feet as to not track in the slush on the hard wood floors. They are very respectful and trustworthy individuals and I would recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreI arranged the service weeks ahead because I wanted to be sure to get the work done on a specific day. The team of two arrived right on time. They immediately got to work and worked solidly for 4 and a half hours without a break. Before starting I reviewed with them what furniture was to be moved and not moved. They did a great job of moving furniture and putting it back in place with plastic protectors under the feet. I have used this company several times in the past and they did their usual wonderful job of making well-used carpeting look almost like new.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpeting in 7 rooms and on stairs and scotch guarded carpeting in one room and on the stairs.

I walked all over afterwards and verified that it was a good job. They did a good job 2 years ago and that's why I had them back out.

They were very accommodating and moved furniture that I asked them to move so they could clean under it. It was a huge job so they came out before hand to give me an estimate. + -1 moreThey arrived a few minutes early and the two of them went right to work. Some of the carpeting was very dirty (especially on the steps) and they were able to get all of the dirt out. The two of them worked hard and were very professional. Our carpets look great and we would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again when needed. They suggested that we lower the temperature in the house to assist with drying. The carpets took a few days to completely dry. Overall it was a great experience.
