For over 25 years I have been in the home improvement industry with various companies and mostly for two of America's largest window/door companies. All of these companies have high gross profit margin goals as a result of a whole lot of overhead, sales commissions and beefy advertising campaigns. To justify their pricing they train(ed) their sales teams to sell utilizing fear tactics. The bleak pictures they paint and stories they tell are generally just not a reality. I promise to be a truth teller for you. You deserve it. I promise to deliver a quality product, installed correctly in a timely fashion and at a fair price because we have a fair margin. Larry s company had previously painted our house and he noticed that one of our exterior doors was cheap and did not have a good lock, making it easy for someone to break in. He recommended a door (that happens to be made in Ohio) that is high quality and resistant to damage. The install was quick and easy.
