Mr Barney was to clean all my windows inside and out. I tipped him heavily prior to the completion of the job because I had to leave. The next morning as the sun came through the windows, I could see what a poor job he did on all the windows-smeary, incomplete, drips, and some missed altogether. I called him and he agreed to come out the following Monday. He never showed. I called back and he never returned my call. My windows look awful.

Fred is a very friendly pleasant man and owner of the company. He workded very hard and double checked all the windows. The only problem was that he tracked in a little bit of dirt and I should have asked him to take off his shoes. I was cleaning myself, so I just vacuumed up the dirt.
Description of Work: Fred cleaned all our windows, screens and window sills. He cleaned the ceiling fans, chandelier and some of the mirrors in the house. Also, he checked our gutter downspouts to make sure they were not full of leaves.
