+ -1 moreI spoke with Joe on the phone on Wednesday. He seemed very nice and I had called him because of great recommendations on Facebook. He gave me some insight and asked me to text him my address & phone number. He said he could probably stop by around 12:00...I received a text saying he was busy & if I can make it Friday instead sometime between 5:30 & 6:00.. I said no problem. Friday came & we stalled making dinner awaiting his visit. Well he not only didn't he stop by, he never called or text. We will never do business with him and we had a bunch of other projects for the future. Update: , today i was sent a text explaining what happened on Friday. I would have totally understood the emergency that ensued, but I still feel some text or phone call should have been done. We waited and delayed our dinner waiting for his visit. 2nd Update: After Joe came by on Monday, he kept with constant updates with costs involved. While the doors (Pella) were pricey, he offered quality. Unfortunately we decided to go less costly as we had other expensivey projects still to be done. I will definitely keep Joe in mind for these other projects.
Description of Work: I wanted the provider to give input for an installation of exterior french doors with 2 large side lights with the possibility of installation.
