Forza Roof Cleaning

Very well. Roof was cleaned of mildew and has stayed mildew free.

The entire process went extremely well! Dwayne was very responsive to my request for a quote, took photos of the roof with a drone, did the assessment of the other elements and sent the quote to us very quickly. He gave me his best guesstimate about when they could do the work and actually got to us sooner than he had thought. Cory and Shawn performed the work as described in the estimate: Pre-treated all affected areas with an algaecide solution, used manual scrubbing and power washing on patio, sidewalks and driveway, pre-treated the roof with the algaecide solution and repeated as necessary, rinsed areas as proscribed. They watered our many plants in advance of the treatment to prevent damage from the solution and rinsed them after. We can't say enough good things about Dwayne, Cory and Shawn and expect to hire them again when we have the need. BTW, there is a 3-year warranty on the roof washing so if it needs done again in the 3 years, that will be covered by the warranty. Thank you guys for a job well done!

I contacted Dwayne of Forza Roof Cleaning after finding them on Angie's List. He was very quick to return my call and to provide me details of his process. A proposal was sent shortly thereafter to allow me to compare his costs to several other companies I contacted. His website provided some helpful photos of what I could expect and his explanation of what he does was helpful in making a decision to go with him over the others. On the day of the service he and his assistant arrived on time and were ready to go to work. My roof is 14 years old and I have the typical black streaks found on the north-facing roof sides. There were a couple of areas of a green algae build-up (looked like a bunch of broccoli on my roof) that needed a little extra attention, which they treated thoroughly. My roof is a little on the larger size and a bit steep, but they covered all of it - even the south-facing side which had much less discoloration. (Others I met with would only do the north side.) They were thorough in their work and cleaned the roof very nicely, including the areas where there was some noticeable algae build-up. Throughout the process, Dwayne demonstrated excellent communication and put me at east to use his services. The results speak for themselves and I feel Dwayne and company did an excellent job on my home. Using a drone, Dwayne did a nice set of before/after pictures that gave an awesome birds eye view of the roof. His 3-year warranty was another major factor in my decision as I appreciated that he stands behind his work for longer than the others in this business. I would highly recommend Forza to anyone needing roof cleaning.

Did a fantastic job! It looks like a brand new house

We moved into a home and the slate roof was nearly black. These guys restored it to look brand new! They also power washed the exterior siding which needed a lot of care since it had been neglected for a year. We are beyond happy and would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

This is a very good company... I live near some woods and my house is shaded by large trees. As a result, on my roof I get moss and the dark streaks from the bacteria that feed off of the stone in the asphalt shingle. It makes the roof ugly and the house look bad. So I periodically have it cleaned, not just for the aesthetics but because I've also been told this will significantly increase the roof's durability and life expectancy. My roof is very large with lots of sections - gables, L-shaped gables, false front gables, etc., lots of surface area, and is steeply pitched. So, it is technically a difficult roof to clean. However, Duane did a great job getting rid of all of the moss and streaks through the 2-step process he uses. My roof now looks like brand new again and I have a 3 year warranty on top of that! I am very happy with the service Duane provided me. I called some other vendors who failed to follow through with a call back. However, Duane called me back straight away, gave me a very fair price (I know because I've had this service done years before) and was at my house doing the work and completed it when he said he would. You can't ask for more than that - someone who delivers what they say they will.

Honestly, I couldn't believe the results. I'm an IT guy, I'm not really a cheerleader type but the transformation was like night and day. I own a log cabin and the roof and siding were covered in this black gunk. They came out and cleaned the roof and my logs. They were prompt, courteous and very thorough. I'd recommend them to anybody!
