THE CALL BACK CAME THE DAY AFTER I CALLED AND WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THE ENGINEER WAS THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROFESSIONAL TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

DO NOT DO WORK WITH RAY. I DON''T KNOW ABOUT MR. MEYERS, THE CONTACT LISTED FOR THIS COMPANY, BUT WORKING WITH RAY WAS A STRUGGLE FROM THE MOMENT HE CAME TO MY HOME. NOT ONLY DID THE REPORT TAKE 3 WEEKS LONGER THAN PROMISED, I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE WHAT I WAS EXPECTING AND I DO NOT FEEL THAT ANY OF MY MAJOR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED.

HE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS GOING TO BE LATE, AND HE GAVE ME A $50 DISCOUNT FOR BEING LATE! I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS EXPERTISE AND HELPFULNESS. HE WAS VERY DETAILED IN HIS REPORT AND VERY INFORMATIVE. HE WAS A VERY NICE MAN. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN IF NEEDED.

Description of Work: I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT SOME LARGE CRACKS THAT HAVE DEVELOPED IN MY BASEMENT. I WAS CONCERNED THAT THEY MAY BE DUE TO A TREE CLOSE TO THE HOUSE. GREGORY MYERS OF THIS COMPANY CAME OUT WITH IN A FEW DAYS TO TAKE A LOOK AND GAVE ME SOME OPINIONS AS TO WHAT THE CAUSE MAY BE. IF I HAD WANTED A WRITTEN REPORT HE WOULD HAVE CHARGED ME BY THE HOUR ($74. PER HOUR) BUT SINCE I AM NOT TRYING TO SELL MY HOUSE AND JUST WANTED AN EXPERTS OPINION FOR MY OWN PIECE OF MIND AND TO HELP ME MAKE DECISIONS ON HOW TO TREAT THESE CRACKS I DID NOT HAVE A WRITTEN REPORT DONE. HE JUST CHARGED ME FOR THE 1/2 HOUR HE WAS THERE.
