DYAS HOMES

Bob Dyas brought all of his subcontractors prior to giving an estimate. We met these individuals and asked and answered questions. From beginning to end of the project Bob Dyas would communicate with us daily, often several times a day. His timely communication was so appreciated. He and all subcontractors were responsive to our requests and demonstrated professionalism. Susan Dyas was also helpful is providing a "woman's" perspective related to color selection etc. my husband and I cannot praise the competence and quality of the work that Dyas Home personnel provided to our project. Bob and John Dyas exceeded our expectations in terms of timing, communications, being easy to work with, and especially quality. In four months we were finished, including a brick exterior that matches the old part of the house, custom kitchen including a 12' island, custom hardwood floors, and other custom touches throughout the new space. We could not be happier. It is clear they spend a lot of time developing long, solid relationships with the contractors they use, and get preferential treatment as a result.
