In the spring, the tenant contacted me to inform me that the AC did not work. Upon inspection, it was determined that this contractor diverted the wiring from the AC to the dryer rather than do the work he was contracted to do. I have taken this contractor to small claims court and gotten a judgement against him. I will be pursuing a refund while I also hire a highly rated Angie's List electrician to do the work correctly. I would like for this provider to be removed from Angie's List. He has no positive reviews. I don't know how he ever got on the list.

We called him several times and he commited to appointments but never showed up. Always nice on the phone, but unreliable.

He did fine; he was pleasant when he came out. He was going to come back but our schedules did not match, so at last he was supposed to come last Monday and finalize the estimate and also talk about when we are supposed to start, but he never showed up. I contacted him twice. First time he had lost and found my number and second time he said he was writing an appointment in his book and he would be out but he never showed and I never heard from him. I can always assume that he lost his phone again, but I have no idea why he did not show up. It was kind of disappointing.

He came, he worked, he finished, and the job was great!!

Scott was very easy to work with. He came out to give me an estimate, and it was by far the best quote I had received. He began the work the following day, and did a fantastic job. The solution he created to hide the sump pump in the basement is fantastic; the top is genius! He also continued to follow-up with me to ensure that the work was satisfactory.

Just moved to Dublin and am using Angie's List to find referrals for the various contacts I am needing. Called Scott on Wednesday and he agreed to come out on Saturday morning to help me finalize some of my 'move in' projects. He worked in the bathroom to install some towel rods and volunteered to take on the project of putting together a piece of furniture that was still in the box. He did it much faster than I would have! He showed up on time, was personable to speak with, and was just a pleasure. I'm already looking around with him in mind to determine what else needs to make my house a home. Definately recommend Scott.... if you want the job done right, the first time... he is the guy!

Squirrels had made their way into the soffits near very top of my roof the siding was pulled out and a huge nest appeared. I am to much of a chicken to climb a ladder that high so decided I needed to contact someone to evict this family of squirrels that had moved in. Scott Thomas is a customer of mine and has done some excellent work for my employer, he came to the rescue on a roof repair where the previous contractor had done a botched job, charged a fortune and skipped town. Scott had the replace the entire roof section and did a beautiful job, it not only looks good but no more leaks, dry as a bone. Knowing Scott does good work I asked him to take a look at my squirrel problem, he came out the next day and in a couple of hours problem resolved and then some. He took it upon himself to install extra supports and trim to ensure the squirrels or any other critters would pose a problem again in the future. He said if there is anything else I can help you with please let me know and as a matter of fact there was. I had him remove a medium size tree that was on the side of my house, it was not only to close to the house and in danger of damaging my foundation but the branches were hitting my elderly neighbors house and frightening her by the noise. he did that the following day after a big snowfall and in 17 degree weather. I had to give the poor guy some hot chocolate. I am convinced that I have found an excellent handyman and decided to walk around with him and point out some other stuff I needed done around the house inside and out and we are working out a plan of action to get everything done in a good timely manor that fits my budget.. He removed the giant logs from behind my garage as a good gesture and he could use the extra firewood so we both benefited from that. Scott is a true, genuine and honest contractor. I have already had him do work at my parents house and I will have them join Angie's List to report the wonderful drywall and crown molding repair work that he has done for them.

Scott is a professional from start to finish. He does what he says he'll do, and that is hard to find. He is delightful and dependable. He is also extremely neat and clean. You will not even know that he has been there except for your beautiful new finished project!
