+ 3 moreThe Sales person's pitch did not meet the company's performance. Parts delays caused by poor planning, a lack of oversight by this company in farming out the work to a contractor, a rude and hostile administrator that did not track orders or follow up on delivery schedules leading to further delays, uneven tilework, very poor grout and sealant and a complete lack of interest toward the end. Also caused unnecessary dry wall damage due to improper sealing of open pipes during bathroom remodel. Excuses and workarounds through out the project.
Description of Work: Bathroom remodeling, Basement finishing, tilework, some plumbing and electrical work
