Description of Work: My initial contact with this company was on 3/18/13, when I made an appointment for an estimate on the my kitchen remodel. The original appointment was set for 3/21, but they called to cancel because something had come up. We set up another appointment and they came to my house on 3/27. He told me it would be about a week to receive my estimate. I am still waiting...

Description of Work: I also called Andy for a visit to see if he would work an estimate for kitchen and bathroom remodeling. A big deal for me but evidently not to him. Andy worked in an appointment early morning and seemed receptive and enthusiastic - every wonderful thing described in other reports. But there was no email or phone call back. I was not nor did not waste my time with someone like him. It is an anxious enough experience to hope one does not get ripped off with contractors. Even with Angies List this person and his company aren't up to the standards declared nor up front to where I would feel comfortable enough to trust them with my hard earned money in this economy. Even when I called to follow up with one additional inclusion Andy could have provided a quote on the major part of the quote until we could have met for the additional piece. Totally rude and inconsiderate. Not everyone has a grand plan for their home but contractors should respond with respect to families who none-the-less have remodeling needs and possibly a smaller budget. Contractors may get real hungry down the road.

Description of Work: I called Denbrook back in April to schedule appointment for estimate on remodeling 3 bathrooms. Andy did call me back and scheduled me for appointment. He did arrive on the date and time I was expecting him .He was very polite and very professional and was impress about his knowledge about the business. He said he would e- mail me an estimate in about a week. Sorry to say no estimate and no phone calls.

Description of Work: I called this company to discuss having my upstairs bathroom remodeled. It took me a couple of tries to reach Andy, but when I did reach him, he was polite and scheduled a date to meet me within the next few days. He arrived on time for this appointment and was knowledgeable and courteous. He seemed to have much experience and gave me some great advice about what materials to use. His estimate arrived after a couple of weeks. I decided not to go with Andy's company, but it was not an easy decision to make. I contacted him because he had such positive reviews on Angie's List. I was not disappointed with my experiences with this company.

Description of Work: Completely remodeled 1.5 baths - new toilets, bath/shower, ceramic tile, sinks and plumbing, granite countertop, vanity and mirrors, exhaust fan, painting, towel racks. We selected and paid for most materials (except for drywall, glue, caulking, plumbing pipes). $2,850 was primarily for labor.

Description of Work: Cleaned and adjusted most of my Anderson casement windows, 25 yr old, incl repairing three of them. His work was MUCH less expensive than the window shop I've worked with previously, and MUCH more professional and conscientious.

Description of Work: A COMPLETE REMODELING OF MY KITCHEN, FROM THE STUDS OUT (WALLS, FLOORING, LIGHTING, APPLIANCES, ELECTRICAL, COUNTERTOPS, CABINETS, AND PLUMBING, INCLUDING A REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM). ANDY AND HIS PARTNER BILL, INSTALLED NEW WOOD FLOORING THAT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL; TOOK THE INITIATIVE TO DO MORE THAN WAS ORIGINALLY (POORLY) DESIGNED TO MAKE CERTAIN IT WAS RIGHT (AT NO ADDITIONAL LABOR COST BECAUSE THEY COULD REMAIN ON SCHEDULE); AND SEAMLESSLY FIXED SEVERAL SERIOUS DESIGN ERRORS BY THE "PROFESSIONAL" DESIGNER (YIPES!). ESSENTIALLY, THEY RAN INTO EVERY POSSIBLE THING THAT CAN GO WRONG IN A MAJOR KITCHEN REMODELING, AND NO GUEST OF MINE WILL EVER KNOW BECAUSE OF THE PERFECTION OF THEIR FINISHED JOB. ALL WITHOUT A COST OVERRUN. HECK, I GAVE THEM A BONUS, THEY WERE SO GOOD.

Description of Work: REMOVE OLD DOOR AND INSTALL NEW SLIDING PATIO DOOR. SOME RE-WORK OF THE ROUGH OPENING WAS REQUIRED, DUE TO A SLIGHTLY NON-STANDARD SIZE, ORIGINAL DOOR.

Description of Work: THEY PUT AN ROOF ON SHED THAT WAS DAMAGED BY ICE STORM. DID KITCHEN CABINETS FOR ONE OF MY RENTAL PROPERTIES.

LAID CERAMIC TILE, INSTALLED NEW VENTILATION FAN WITH VENT TO OUTSIDE (FORMERLY WENT TO ATTIC), INSTALLED SWANSTONE SHOWER, NEW CABINETS, FAUCETS, MEDICINE CABINET, TOWEL BARS & REWIRED FOR NEW LIGHTS. WE BOUGHT AND STAINED NEW MOLDING AND THEY INSTALLED. IN SECOND BATH, THEY ADDED VENTILATION FAN (NONE HAD EXISTED), INSTALLED SWANSTONE SHOWER OVER TUB, NEW CABINETS, FAUCETS, MEDICINE CABINET & REWIRED FOR NEW LIGHTS.
