+ -1 moreMr. McGinty developed an innovative and cost effective plan to repair a corner area of roof against a second story section that had considerable water damage. This area was poorly designed by the builder to cretain water and the problem was accentuated by snow and ice buildup behind the second story area. Mr. McGinty's ingenuity and skill at carpentry implemented a unique solution that, based on performance in heavy rain during a thunderstorm, will eliminate the water buildup in the future.
Description of Work: Repaired water damaged area of roof, soffits and fascia.
