Mr. Kindell was supposed to provide landscaping services for a new home. He failed to timely return calls and failed to timely respond with information when promised. Although apologetic, he did not timely follow through. We had to have our builder stop Mr. Kindell's involvement with our home so that we could hire a landscaper that was more responsive.
