 + -1 moreWill never use again. Repeatedly no showed the first time we used them. The second time they no showed every day for a week when they were supposed to come fix a pool filter. Didn't return calls after the first few no shows. Will never use again

 + -1 moreThey sent some techs that did not know what they were doing. Started our pool with no filters in the system. Then only after multiple calls did they come out and put some really old filters in the system. Pool is a mess - they have not been responsive in fixing the situation. Pool water is now green. I will have to by new filters that the stole from us last fall. They do not return calls. They are not responsive. They just make up stories - I have caught them multiple times in lies that someone at the store or in service just made up.
Description of Work: They were supposed to open our pool.

Description of Work: The 2 service techs did a real good job of replacing our flush valve and the sand filter for the indoor fountain at our building. They explained everything in detail, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was working properly before they left.

Description of Work: This type of project was completely new to us, and much anxiety. Charlie (Owner) and Tim (Foreman) walked step by step through project. Giving us reasonable time to completion and sticking to it. Crews on time, cleaned up after day to day operations, and always informed me what was next, or if an interruption was going to occur.. They also coordinated with the landscaping company so they knew when to begin. Couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism displayed, and the quality and attention to detail they exhibited. Even opened and closed the pool so we could experience a few weeks of pool at end of season, and have promised to open pool for us in the spring. First rate guys. Many thanks

 + -1 moreI've been dealing with them since the beginning of the season and our pool has never been right. They test the water and then give the appropriate chemicals. It looks as bad if not worse then it did. They just keep telling me it needs more chemicals, different chemicals. Nothing is working. They keep giving me mixed messages and their stories never match up and there's a lot of contradictions.

 + 0 moreContracted with Commercial Pools and had good communication throughout project. All details were attended to by contractors. Special requests to install pool mosaics and jump rock were accomodated and well executed. Work was done constantly but the project did take some time.
Description of Work: Installed inground swimming pool. Pool unique to property owner's needs and site. Beautiful result.

He had a very good working knowledge of pools and was able to provide lots of details about the pool from the inspection. The pool was a very old pool and the present owner had divulged some issues, but Charlie uncovered quite a few additional issues that would need attention. This allowed us to modify our original offer based on the information supplied by the pool inspection.
Description of Work: Charlie inspected a backyard in-ground pool for a home we wrer purchasing.
