TERRIBLE AT START AND TERRIBLE AT FINISH.
Description of Work: This jerk never goes through with what he is supposed to. He doesn't even answer his phone. DO NOT TRUST HIM, HE TRIED CLOSING HIS COMPANY AND OPENING BACK UP BY PUTTING "INC." BEHIND THE NAME. HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! ($495.00)

Right from the start, we had a good feeling about Don. It is hard to know ahead of time if you are making the right decision on who to hire. I interviewed at least 6 different firms. Don stood out because he seemed like he really cared about the end results. He is a small company with excellent attention to detail & perfection. We have already referred him to friends & will continue to do so.
Description of Work: Removed vinyl flooring. Installed new floors in entry hallway, dining room and kitchen. Replaced 1/4" round throughout. Tore up old carpeting in dining room.

THE OWNER AND AN ASSISTANT ARRIVED LATE TO OUR HOME ON A FRIDAY NIGHT, GAVE US A BID FOR THE FLOOR THAT WAS ABOUT $1000 MORE THAN THE CONTRACTOR WE SELECTED, AND TRIED TO UP-SELL US TO REPLACE OUR KITCHEN FLOORING AND COUNTER-TOPS. HE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO LEAVE A SAMPLE OF THE WOOD WE WERE CONSIDERING, BUT AFTER WE DECLINE HIS ESTIMATE, HE DID NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS TO RETURN THE SAMPLE. ALSO, HIS BUSINESS CARD GAVE NO ADDRESS FOR THE COMPANY, AND THE ESTIMATE SHEET INCLUDED NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY EITHER.
