We have housecleaning every two weeks by Classic Maids. Their prices are very reasonable. Their quality overall I would give them an A, but they do fall down sometimes.

They have been cleaning our house for 3 or 4 years. They do a good job and are always on time. If we need to change our day, they are easy to work with. Sonia is always who we get when we call and she is pleasant and professional. I like them because they send 2 people to clean and they keep the same employees for a long time. They have been trustworthy and I din't recall anything ever being broken.

We have been using her for a year. All has gone basically well. She asked if any special request, just call her and she will tell her team to do it. I asked to have them use our own mop and floor cleaning suplies. She said no problem. I did call her once because they were missing spots near the furniture. That got better. They do not seem to get the corners as well as I did because I would spend a lot of sweeping time just doing the corners and against the wall. I will call her if it gets looking too bad so she has her chance to do it better.
Description of Work: Every month two people from Sonia's team cleans our main level that has the master on the main, office on the main, and laundry room on the main. We are not there most of the time, but she sends at least one of the same girls. Our 2nd floor bedrooms and bath are only done when we have company. Our finished basement is not done often because we keep our house basically clean. She does do those extra areas when I have asked, of course that adds on to the cost. We have no pets, smoking, or kids. Just 2 of us that can no longer handle cleaning the tough stuff. The sweeping and bending.

I redid the sweeping and dusting. Would not use again.
Description of Work: bathrooms looked clean. Dusting was almost non-existent, and the sweeping (especially behind doors) was almost non-existent.

Okay for the most part. The staff were rarely showed punctuality. This was often a problem and quite frustrating. The actual cleaning was done well. At least one cleaning person stole pain medication from us and we fired the company.
Description of Work: Regularly scheduled home cleaning. The bathrooms were cleaned, kitchen cleaned, wood floors moped, light dusting done, and vacuuming of the carpets.

Description of Work: Called for overall house cleaning. 4900 sq ft home with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Appears that no cleaning solutions were used. No clean feeling to home after they were done. Scattered dust everywhere with no attention to detail. Very disappointed with service.

THE SERVICE IS PERFORMED DURING THE DAYTIME WHILE WE ARE AWAY AT WORK. THE HOUSE ALWAYS LOOKS GREAT WHEN WE RETURN HOME, AND THE REPRESENTATIVES USUALLY LEAVE A NOTE ABOUT ANY SMALL DETAILS OR TO WISH US A NICE WEEK. CLASSIC MAID OFFERED TO CLEAN BASEBOARDS AND WIPE DOWN DOORS WITH SOAP AND WATER; WE WERE LUCKY IF EITHER THE DOORS OR THE BASEBOARDS WERE TOUCHED WITH A FEATHER DUSTER. THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH CONSIDERING THE TOUCH-UP WORK THAT I WAS FORCED TO PERFORM AFTER EACH CLEANING.
