Jeremy came out and gave me a great price to put in two more French Drains, attached them all together with 50 or 60 feet of pipe. That solved the problem right away. I have been waiting through the summer storms just in case. Now I know that Jeremy put in a permanent solution. He was great to work with and I would use him again...except he did such a good job I won't need him again.

Jeremy came out and inspected my perpetually wet back yard. He took measuremnets and gave me a ballpark idea of cost but then went home and emailed me a firm quote. Is asked for some references and he provided them. Based on his positive reviews on Angies's List, the feedback from his references and his price I gave him the work. Due to the wet spring he was backed up on jobs so I waited a few week for everything to start. Jeremy called me one morning and due to a change in his schedule said he could get started that day, I asked a few additional questions about the drain and long story short I added a wrinkle that would need another two weeks to order an additional part. Jeremy was 100% OK with the change and we waited 2 more weeks. Two weeks later Jeremy showed up Monday morning and was ready to go. Unfortunatley it rained the night before making the yard a little too slick for his ditch digger. And only one of the utilites in my yard had been marked. Jeremy called the company again to mark the cable and electric this time. On Tuesday the job started in earnest and and moved forward quickly. The reason I bring up all these little issues is to let you know Jeremy was very professional throughout the whole process from start to finish. None of these problems were caused by Jeremy but he dealt with all of them and moved on. All in all it was a good experience and I would use jeremy again.

Installation of backup sump pump system....system recently had some problems, and jeremy very promptly responded and is helping me get the problem solves quickly, which is greatly appreciated.

I am writing again to upgrade my prior evaluation of this company. Previously, I had an issue with the responsiveness, and with the original replacement of dirt to cover the drain ditch. The owner showed excellent professionalism, returned to the home and graded the landscaping which now looks very good. I am pleased enough that I have asked him to look at another possible job with my sump system.

Great service. Prompt with estimate and also very good follow up by phone and e-mail. Weather was very wet so had to be re-scheduled a few times but Jeremy was great about keeping us informed. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Called and talked to Jeremy about looking at our outside drains that need cleaned. He said he would stop over and give quote. He never showed up and has never called us back.

Prompt response to come out and assess situation and prepare estimate. Subsequently the company owner went on vacation but did not update his voicemail system so my calls to request the start of the job went unanswered for about 10 days. Once he returned he promptly called and apologized for the oversight. Job was scheduled but needed AEP to mark the grounds before digging. Because of their backlog, my job got delayed. Jeremy came out to survey to see if he could locate all of the wires into the house and go ahead and proceed with job without AEP. He was successful with that approach and was able to start my job that afternoon and finished the next day. He was missing one part to install a clean out at the beginning of the route. He followed up in a couple days and came back to install the clean out. A successful job and now my sump is properly draining to the street without undue stress on the pump. Additionally, Jeremy was very considerate in piling the dirt back over the drainage pipe and tamping down.

Installation went very well. Chapman came out himself to do the work. He had a good trencher to take care of the heaviest work of digging. Some of the old pipe was removed and other parts of it stayed because the new line did not follow exactly the path of the old line. Over 120 feet of pipe was installed and working within about six hours of work. The dirt was put back into place and was rolled with a heavy roller. The pipe was sloped to train to the street.

He was able to come out within 2 hours of my call and got the work done within 30 minutes. He replaced the sump pump with an American made product, which is important to me. He was very friendly and did a great job! I would definitely use him again.

SAID HE WOULD FOLLOW UP WITH A REPORT. NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH ANYTHING HE SAID THAT HE WOULD DO AFTER 3-4 PHONE CALLS. NEVER CALLED BACK.

HE RETURNED PHONE CALLS. HE COMPLETED THE PROJECT IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK.

HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN HE CAME OUT. I GAVE THE GO AHEAD FOR THE WORK IN THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER, AND THEN I DIDN'T HEAR FROM HIM. I STARTED CALLING AND WAS UNABLE TO REACH HIM, SO I WOULD LEAVE MESSAGES. FINALLY I GOT IN TOUCH WITH HIM IN THE MIDDLE OF DECEMBER. HE DID NOT KEEP ME INFORMED OF PROGRESS OR OF WHAT WAS GOING ON. I RECOGNIZE THAT THE WEATHER HAS NOT BEEN COOPERATIVE, BUT I DON'T FEEL THAT I SHOULD HAVE HAD TO PURSUE HIM SO MUCH TO GET HIM TO COMPLETE THE JOB. I FEEL HIS PRICE IS FAIR AND ONCE THE WORK WAS DONE, IT WAS DONE WELL. THE DRAINAGE DOES WORK.

HE PROVIDED QUALITY AND PRICE. IT WAS ABOUT A 75 FT LONG PIPE AND HE WAS VERY REASONABLE. HOWEVER, HE SAID THAT HE WOULD BE ABLE TO DO MY JOB BUT IT TOOK HIM OVER A MONTH BEFORE HE COULD DO THE WORK. THE ONLY THING THAT BOTHERED ME ABOUT THAT IS THAT THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT HIS SCHEDULE.

THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK.

THE ESTIMATE WAS REASONABLE. THE JOB WAS PROMISED IN 7-10 DAYS. COMPANY WAS NON-RESPONSIVE TO PHONE CALLS, VOICE MAILBOX WAS FULL ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION. THE OWNER DID RESPOND TO EMAIL AFTER A COUPLE DAYS, BUT CONTINUED TO GIVE EXCUSES (WEATHER, OTHER BUSINESS, HEALTH PROBLEMS) AS TO WHY JOB WAS DELAYED. MORE THAN 6 WEEKS LATER, JOB WAS TO BE STARTED WHEN HE DISCOVERED A 'PROBLEM' WITH CURB OUTLET AND INDICATED MORE DELAY WOULD BE NEEDED TO OBTAIN PERMIT. I CANCELLED CONTRACT. HE NEEDS TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, RETURNING PHONE CALLS, EXPLAINING DELAYS. BLAMING WEATHER FOR A 6 WEEK DELAY MAKES NO SENSE.

OWNER CAME OUT 8 DAYS LATER TO LOOK AT JOB. I CALLED AND ASKED FOR ESTIMATE 14 DAYS LATER AND THEN 7 MORE DAYS. NEVER GOT ESTIMATE OR PHONE CALL.
