They actually have more or equal selection than some of the bigger box stores and the prices, including installation, was always cheaper than other quotes I received. Lanny was very attentive and gave some great advise. Appointments were always on time and calls were returned within a 24 hour period or (usually) sooner. Installation went smooth with the exception of a plug receptical that was covered - however they were quick to fix. Installers were friendly and professional. I am all smiles.
Description of Work: Installed new carpeting in Living Rm, Dining Rm, Halls, Stairs and Family Rm. Gave discount for tearing out portion of old carpeting and moving furniture ourselves - I always like to have options!

+ 0 moreI picked up samples at the store to take home with me in order to decide which one I would like to go with. There were a few problems with the manufacturer which delayed the job a bit but it wasn't the companies fault. They installers were good hard works. They did an excellent job. All in all everything worked out and I had a good experience. The carpet looks nice.
Description of Work: They installed carpet in a living room, 4 bedrooms, hallway, stairs and 2 bathrooms.
