First and foremost, please let me say I am so sorry you were unhappy with your service. After receiving your e-mail on 11/15 cancelling your services and indicating you were pleased with our service, I have to admit we were taken back when reading this review. We do so many large properties and have never had this type of feedback. Our product is slow release, and, liquid fertilizer would not wash away, but, appreciateyour thoughts. We will take this feedback very seriously and go back and look at the specific concentrations used on your lawn and the rate setting that was on the equipment used on your property. We find that any feedback from customers always turns into something positive we can change to be better the next season. We are implementing in 2015 an immediate customer feedback process. Customers can provide us feedback after each application easily on line so we can immediately respond to any concerns a customer may have. We want to insure customers are happy and not find out about it when it is too late. Most importantly, we also will continue to require our technicians to provide scoring to help us also document proactively any issues on the lawn and get them addressed. Thanks, again.
