They were professional and hard working. They were efficient and arrived right on time. We added some things to the initial list to move and they did not like that but finally agreed.

I was referred to American Delivery Express from an acquittance. Called to get an estimate, my call was returned within 30 minutes. He agreed to work with my schedule and meet later that day! He was knowledgable, professional and got back to me with a quote within 24 hours. Communicated between quote and service day. Day of service all the workers were polite and professional, it really exceeded my expectations. They came into my brand new house (new build) and prepped the house first, banisters padded, floor protected etc. handled everything with care. I was more than pleasantly surprised by how careful they were with my belongings. I highly recommend them!

jPeter, Jake and John made an advance trip to look at the piece and determine the best way to move it and insure they had a truck that was equipped for the task. They arrived on time, did an amazing job getting this monster moved. Peter is personable and takes an interest in his customers as well as pride in his work and business. I would highly recommend American Delivery Express for any moving needs, great or small.

They are unloading a truck in two weeks time and the other was two years ago. They showed up on time and did the best job they could. I had no complaints.

We had a wonderful experience working with American Delivery Express. The scheduling of the appointment and the move went seamless. They were punctual, professional, personable and affordable. We have worked with other moving companies in the past, but this was the first time we would highly recommend a moving company to others. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.

The movers arrived on time. We showed them what needed to be moved and they went to work. They asked questions instead of making assumptions. I was impressed with their attention to wrapping and protecting items. They moved items into place at the apartment, unwrapped, set-up, cleaned up. They were very organized, professional, and courteous.

See above. I might add, this was not really something they do on a regular basis as far as moving just one item, so I was very impressed that they were willing to take the time to do this.

The American Delivery Express crew was an absolute lifesaver for us. My fiancee and I had belongings at three different locations, with the final destination being a new apartment. Included in all of this were the contents of two apartments - each with approximately three years worth of accumulated belongings. In short, this was not a move that just the two of us were able, or willing to take on. American Delivery Express got to work immediately upon arrival. It was remarkable at how quickly each of the associates could clear a room of furniture or packed boxes. Furniture that typically required two men in my many moves during college, often took only one person. Perhaps the most amazing thing is the fact they moved all of the items up to a 3rd floor apartment. And keep in mind; this occurred on a July day in Ohio. These guys did not let up and saw the move to completion in a very reasonable amount of time. On a final and very important note, every single item made it here without damage. There was literally not even a scratch to speak of on any of our belongings.

It was a seamless transaction and I felt the price charged was very fair.

This company was recommended to me by Jeff Baker who was conducting the estate sale. I purchased some large woodworking equipment as well as two sets of bedroom furniture. There were business cards on the table at the sale. I called the number on the card and they were there the next morning to do the moving. One of the items was a large air compressor that weighs 750lbs, is top heavy and has to be transported in an upright position. They were concerned about rolling it up the ramp into the truck they had that day and offered to come back the next day with a truck that had a hydraulic lift gate and heavy duty palette jack because they were afraid of damaging the compressor (or possibly themselves!). They did as promised and no extra charges for having to make the truck switch or use of the special equipment. I was amazed at their efficiency. They were neat, clean and friendly delightful people to work with.
