Overall, job was completed with high quality and attention to detail. When we saw things that needed changed or improved Scott was very flexible and patient with our requests. Also, we appreciated his references to see other work he had done as well as having someone inexpensively help us layout the rooms to help us decide. After living in the space now we appreciate the quality of work and comfort of the rooms.

Mr. Huber subcontracted most all of the work that was done. He left on vacation for a week just after starting the job and the subcontractors did not show up consistently and stated they did not know what they were supposed to be doing. The work was being paid as we went along, yet the contractor could not pass the code inspections. We initiated a consultation by the code compliance supervisor of the county and multiple pages of violations were again sited. At this point, we had to disengage Mr. Huber, his subcontractors and hire other contractors to redo much of the work. That with permits, legal fees, we paid an additional 8,000+. The code office suggested the consult after failed inspections and they were not minor picky items that were failing; (the entire wiring of the garage had to be torn out and redone). He should have known those basic wiring requirements. The project was delayed, stressful and cost us several thousand more dollars due to Almond First LLC errors.
