+ -1 moreThey were on time. They did a very good job. The only issue is that I really thought I'd have them for six hours. The foreman explained that it was 4 men for the 2.5 hours they worked. The deal states 6 hours for $239. They did well, but the wording of the deal is misleading.
Description of Work: Pulled a bush, re-shaped the flower-bed, moved perrenials, pruned and laid masonry.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID THE SPRING CLEANUP AND DID A VERY NICE JOB AND MOWED THE LAWN SIX TIMES. NOTHING ELSE HAS BEEN DONE. NOW THEY STOPPED SHOWING UP. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH NOW. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. I WANT $1630 BACK FROM THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: I SIGNED A CONTRACT IN 12/02 FOR AND PAID THEM $2630 TO PROVIDE YARD CARE AND CLEANUP FOR THE 2003 SEASON TO INCLUDE SUCH ACTIVITIES SUCH AS MOWING, FALL AND SPRING CLEANUP, OPEN AND SHUTDOWN OF IRRIGATION SYSTEM AND FERTILIZATION OF THE BEDS.

+ -1 moreAVOID THIS COMPANY. LOW PRICES, BUT THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND DO VERY POOR WORK (IF YOU CAN GET THEM TO YOUR HOME).
Description of Work: HIRED COMPANY TO PERFORM MOWING FOR 2003 SEASON. ALSO REQUESTED BED EDGING AND AERATION. BED EDGING WAS PERFORMED AND $200 WAS PAID TO PROVIDER. A VERY POOR EDGING JOB WAS PERFORMED, AND I REQUESTED THE MAIN CONTACT, BRIAN, TO RETURN TO CORRECT THE POOR WORK. CALLS WERE NEVER RETURNED, AND THEY NEVER PERFORMED THE MOWING WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO START ON THE WEEK OF APRIL 14TH. THEY ALSO NEVER PERFORMED THE AERATION. NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS WERE NEVER RETURNED. I WOULD LIKE ANGIE''S LIST TO WORK WITH THIS VENDOR TO GET MONEY BACK FOR EDGING OR HAVE THEM RETURN TO CORRECT THE POOR WORK. I WILL NOT USE THEM TO MOW MY LAWN, GIVEN THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

+ -1 moreSINCE THEN, THEYVE NOT DONE ANY WORK. IVE CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES, AND THEY WONT RETURN MY CALLS. I AM GOING TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO NOBODY!!!
