Description of Work: I needed a plumber right away because my shower had broken. I called Plumb-busters and he said he was busy but would get back with me the next day. He did not contact me the next day so I sent a message to him through Angie's List. He still did not respond so a day later I called another plumbing company. Just after I made the new appointment, Plumb-busters arrived in my driveway. I thought he was a bit pricey and he needs someone to better coordinate his schedule and respond to customers needs. His work, however, was performed to my satisfaction and I have not experienced any problems with his work.
