We're satisfied with them. We've been using them for probably 10 to 15 years. Our experience with them has always been good. We have a business and we use them for our business as well as our home and we've always had good experiences. Their price is reasonable. They are very accommodating if we have a problem. We own a Pizza shop. So, if there is a problem and we need somebody there in a hurry they're good about coming after hours and stuff. They do a good job.

He is a very good plumber. I've used them for 15-20 years and they have gotten me out of some plumbing jams. They are creative. He is not a licensed plumber but he is better than a licensed plumber. He is a master plumber which takes more schooling and he goes back every year to learn more things. The experience has been very good. I was calling him 3 times a year. To his credit, he could have wanted more money but instead he told me what to do. He said that once a week, I should fill up 2 5-gallon buckets and dump them down the toilet. I went 3 years without have to call him. He took care of that and he's done other problems like that. He is very professional. He has concerns about doing it the right way, not the easiest or quickest. He is extremely knowledgeable. It is owner-operated. He is familiar with different ways of solving problems. They are creative that way and they are extremely honest. They will always try to fit me in their schedule. I am using them now because I know they will do it right.
