Almost everything they've built for me is falling apart.( Walls, planters, sidewalks, driveways, etc.) After ten years of lawn care, I have the WORST lawn in town. HUGE bare spots everywhere. When I call them the head honchos are always "in a meeting" They rarely return phone calls, and when they do it takes weeks sometmes months- but only after calling them several times! I have currently been waiting over seven weeks for an estimate and about four weeks for an answer to my last phone call! They couldn't care less about their old customers. They only show up to fix things when it suits their schedule. I've been waiting two years for them to fix my planters which are falling apart. They also do considerable damage to my lawn with their snowplows, and don't bother to fix the damage- I usually end up doing it myself, since I don't want to wait until September or October (after several futile phone calls) for them to finally show up! Their lawn mowers run into and damage every fixed object imaginable. (Garage doors, planters,windmills,etc.) Calling and complaining accomplishes nothing! They will promise to make things right, and occasionally do. But only when THEY want to, usually months later.
