Kimble Companies

Today they did not pickup my garbage. It was where I have been putting it for years to have it picked up, right on the curb. If it was out any further it would be in the street. When I called Kimble I was told that my trash can was too far from the street. I informed the lady that it was even with my neighbors can and theirs got picked up. She said they wouldn't approve anybody to come back out so I'll have to wait until next week. That excuse the driver gave was bs! I'll be looking for a different service. An oversight would have been acceptable, but they lied. I don't trust liars.

Used Kimble for years first scheduled pick up they said we didn’t show up on the gps but picked up trash across the street. In the last 3 months they have called us after hours 5 different weeks stating they will come the next day for our trash leave it out overnight (animals love that). This past week they completely missed us but picked up across the street. We have called them everyday this week they promise they will pick up today it’s been 5 days still no pick up. Guess small claims court can explain to these folks what a contract really means. Needless to say when our contract expires we will part ways.

Not so well. We've had problems with this company for months. Unfortunately, we've kept them because they are the same day as our recycling pick up but since that has gone to every other week, the pain of switching doesn't seem so bad. All I want is for my trash to be picked up. As paid for. Sometimes that happens. Hallelujah when it does. Sometimes it even happens without having to call and remind them. More often than necessary, it does not. I understand that employees change. I understand that sometimes things happen. But when it happens on a regular basis that is a problem. My trash is ALWAYS out the night before. It is ALWAYS at the bottom of the driveway. And YES, our house number is clearly marked on the mailbox next to the trashcans. I'm consistent. The only thing I can count on from them is that eventually, I WILL have to call them again to get them to come out. Often I have to call more than once. Oh, and when you call, the people that you talk to have no way of actually talking to the people who do the work, so I'm not really sure what service it provides, but it gives you a great opportunity to listen to their commercials about all of the services that they provide. Over, and over, and over.... Until the system hangs up on you and you have to call again. One time, they did come out to see what the issue was. The excuse that time was something about a new driver. Whatever - not really my problem. It was appreciated that they took the time, and if that had been the end of it, I would have been thrilled. But unfortunately, here we are again.... Me, with my trashcans at the street and a kitchen full of dirty diapers and trash (oh, and we are down to one can instead of two because they threw one into the road a couple of weeks ago. Yay.). And them, with their stupid excuses, if they bother to respond at all.

We switched to Kimble this year. We've been with them about 5 months. They are more reliable than our prior service. They picked up a twin mattress for us when we called. They allow ten 32 gallon cans a week. They've always been on time.
