+ -1 moreAmateur job! New construction install of ac and furnace$10,950.00. I was at work while this was done. I came home and found electrical and drain lines tacked up in a few places the rest left loose and coiled up in the crawlspace attic. Nothing was installed to code. Turned on AC and water poured onto floor. They forgot the hook up the AC drain line to the pump. Had them come back to fix and re route the wiring and drain. They told me it was my fault that I didnt tell them how to run it.Whos the professional here them or me? they told me they would have to charge $ 57.00 HR to re route the electrical. This took an Hour. They charged me $200.00 for 4 hours for all the screw ups! If you want a lousy job give them a call

+ -1 moreHad furnace installed everything seem fine. Then later that evening the furnace was leaking water all over my basement. Had technicians come out a total of three times with in a matter of two weeks to try and correct this issue. Finally issue was resolved and they claimed that the A/C unit was bad and it was the cause. Even though they initially said that A/C unit was fine. So I was charged an additional $300 for the mistakes of an incompetent technician. If you like doing business with con artists hire them

Description of Work: Came out to look at my central air. Told me it looked like my motor needed replaced, but in an attempt to save me money he said he would clean and PM the unit and if it went down again he would come out to replace the motor, and not charge the service call fee. Several days later my A/C was down again and I had them replace the motor. As promised, there was no service call on my bill. Keeping your word speaks volumes for their services. I will deal with no other now.
