This company was prompt; showed up when they said they were going to come. My only complaint is that they did not clean up after themselves (left debris both on the ground and on the roof--in the eavetrough, that I had to clean up afterwards.)

Hire this company if you want prompt, courteous, top notch service! From start to finish service was stated and completed on time, as promised. I was shown pictures of our roof issues ( as I wasn't climbing up to see them myself!), given clear explanations of the issue and repair. Upon completion, I was shown pictures once again of the completed project. Wow! Thank you Pendersen!

They came out to give me an estimate on a fascia and gutter piece that came loose in a storm. They completed the work in one morning and it was excellent. They were honest about what was required and didn't try to upsell me on extra work.

They were in and out same day. Complete tear off, repair sheathing and new roof.

Repairman showed up early and was very quick & efficient. He explained what was done and cleaned up the scraps. He also pointed out that my gutters were full of helicopters so I will have them cleaned & install guards. Very pleased!

Pedersen is at the peak performance level , a cut above the rest ! Done in one day ! Tear off, and reroofed , clean up and removed , 40 sq. of roofing ! Highly recommended them , would hire them again !

The crew was awesome & worked in cold & wind. They worked together as a good team & cleaned up every day before leaving. Owner was patient with all my concerns & questions. The final clean up went well & nothing was left in my yard. I love the look of my new roof.
