Mike Williams responded very quickly to my original call and was out the next day to look the driveway over. He provided his cost estimate for two coats of seal while here and it was well within the range I had expected so I asked that he get us on his schedule as soon as possible. We were scheduled for Thursday of the following week. Mike called the day before to confirm and on Thursday he and his crew showed up within minutes of the scheduled time and began working. The first coat went down within an hour and they were to return later in the day for the second coat. Because I had to leave before they returned I left payment in an envelope on the door. When I got home later that evening it looked like a second coat had been applied and the check had been taken. A neighbor said that they had been back but had left after just a few minutes. Now, I'm concerned...the check is gone and I only have half the job done. Before I had a chance to call the next morning the crew was back out and applied the second coat. They had decided not to put the second coat down the day before because they thought it might rain. Mike and his crew did an excellent job. hey worked well together and were friendly as they worked. Mike called 3 days later to make sure I was happy with the job. All my concerns about sealcoating companies have been laid aside thanks to Williams Sealcoating.

Called Mr. Williams for estimate. He faxed a written estimate and other documents verifying Workers' Compensation coverage. I called him and he took the time to explain the process and the necessity of two coats for a recently replaced driveway. We arranged a convenient time and the work was completed as scheduled.

They did a wonderful job! My driveway looks brand new and the price was great. I have a larger driveway than usual and it had a lot of cracks. They did the job they said they would do exactly how they said they would do it and the price was what they quoted me. I will pass them on to anyone I know. Wonderful to work with!

When contracting Williams Sealcoating, we discussed neatness as a primary factor in choosing a company. We also discussed the fact that it was necessary to turn the cars around after backing out of the garage and we were concerned about scrubbing off the coating. Overall, the application of the new coating went well. The job was neat with no sealer slopped on the concrete or brick sidewalks. However, after waiting 48 hours to drive on the newly applied asphalt, tire marks appeared in the driveway. I called Mike Williams who came out and evaluated the marks and said they were power steering marks. He said the marks were normal and would go away in 30 days. Mike said not to resurface the driveway and if I was not happy in 30 days he would refund the money. I told him I was not interested in a refund, but was concerned that the driveway had tire marks that were not present before the sealing. It has now been 45 days and the marks have not gone away.

Finished product was very good. Communication wasn't the greatest and they had to postpone twice, and both times, we only learned they had postponed because we called them. Once on the job site, they were very efficient, and did a very nice job.

Williams came out and sealcoated our driveway and did a nice job. They called the day before the remind us they were coming out and came out on time and did NOT splash asphalt/coating all over the grass and our beds like some companies have done. Also, the price was anywhere from $50 to $150 cheaper than other quotes we received. They did a very good job for a reasonable price and it was cheaper than if I went out and purchased the materials myself.

I was wary because I couldn't find anything about Williams' online or from Angies, but my neighbors used them based on a flyer left on our front door indicating $50 to seal our driveway. I'm glad I took the chance! They were prompt and VERY fast! They did an excellent job and recommended I get a second coat since it was the first time we sealed the driveway. He was able to show me why as well. I agreed and the second coat was only $15 and was done the very next day! Their web site is simple, but very good and I really like their FAQ section. I'm embarrassed that I don't know the owner's name - who is the one who did the job - but he was very pleasant and I will be using Williams every year for my sealing from now on. Very affordable and excellent service!! Highly recommended - sometimes it's good to take a chance!
