THOMPSON BIKE & KEY SHOP

Oh, my gosh!!! We could not be happier with the job done by Mr. Thompson. We had a kitchen door replaced 15 years ago and have had no way to keep it closed without the dead-bolt (I think our contractor was too lazy to install a latch). Mr. Thompson found a never-before-used 60-70 year-old latch, close to the period of our house, and installed it and the strike plate. It latches PERFECTLY and we could not be happier. He worked for four hours and absolutely nailed it! We've used him before and we'll use him again. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We met at house and he started work on doors. My brother arrived and started to give inaccurate information to locksmith. Locksmith told me he had to take locks to his shop and clean them up and would return at 7:00 PM and complete job. I returned at 7:00 PM and waited 40 minutes no show on locksmith part. Before locksmith left he told me from information that my brother had given him. He was not comfortable about giving the keys to either one of us. I told him the name of the attorney and locksmith said he would give the keys to the attorney. After I left the house, the locksmith said he returned finished job and after pressure from brother. Locksmith told me he tried to call me but no answer, even though my answering machine did not receive any message. Locksmith told me he could not find lawyers name, even though the lawyer's has a sign on his building 1 block down from Thompsom's Bike & Key on same street in Delaware. The locksmith ended up giving the keys to my brother and sister, after he told me he would give the keys to the lawyer. I paid the bill when I order the work done. So he violated the customer relationship and made his own decision in who got the keys.

DID EXCELLENT WORK, GAVE GOOD ADVICE, DID A DIFFICULT JOB WELL.
