Shely McBride was very quick to respond to my email and setup an appointment to see our home. I was very impressed with her ideas and the comprehensive nature of her staging (indoors, outdoors, as well as realty flyers, online listing, showings, and open house). After receiving her proposal, I was sure we would go with her, but I always get multiple bids. Another stager presented us with a different plan that we ultimately selected (but at about the same price).

We had a great experience working with Shely from Set to Sell. We were very happy with the items she picked out and how she arranged everything to make the house look lived-in, welcoming, and spacious. She took care to match the furniture and accessories to the colors and the style of the house, and we were very impressed with her attention to detail. She does an initial consultation at your house to discuss ideas with you, and really listens and is receptive to exactly what you are looking to accomplish with the staging. Shely was friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with, and would definitely recommend calling her for a consultation if you are interested in getting your house staged. [The $914 listed in Amount Spent is for the staging, de-staging, and one month's furniture rental. It was $234/month to rent all the furniture and accessories for the 1000 sq ft house to look completely lived-in, which we felt was very reasonable].
