SAKSA LANDSCAPE

We used Andy for mulch services last year (and maybe the year before). Andy was polite and punctual last year. We had two small areas that were missed and within a week, he resolved those issues. Our biggest complaint last year was associated with trimming the bushes. He should have "blown them out" very thoroughly or trimmed the bushes 2 weeks in advance. He did neither of these two and we had clippings fall into the mulch and therefore our mulch did not look new from day 2. We were very disappointed but did not complain. This year, we asked him to schedule the service and asked to schedule the bush trimming 2 weeks in advance to resolve this issue. We were informed that he would be unable to service us this year because "he was booked through August". The funny part of the story, there is a neighbor in our subdivision who just scheduled his services a few weeks ago for mid-May. I think it is poor that repeat yearly customer's cannot get onto his schedule for this year and I also feel that he didn't like that I was asking for advance service to trim the bushes - basicially acknowledging our dissatisfaction last year. I would have preferred an honost response. I therefore would not recommend his services.

He was very nice, polite and punctual. I showed everything I wanted done and explained due to some disabilities, I was not able to do anything myself. He did a nice job on the mulch. He never trimmed my bushes. He planted the grass seed while we were out of town. The only thing that grew was weed grass.

TIM AND ANDY SAKSA WERE AN ABSOLUTE JOY TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE VERY METICULOUS AND TREATED THE JOB AS IF THEY WERE DOING THEIR OWN HOME. THEY WERE EASY TO GET ALONG WITH AND WERE ALWAYS RECEPTIVE TO CHANGES ALONG WITH MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS. THE BIGGEST ITEM WAS THAT THEY CLEARLY TOOK THEIR TIME AND DID A QUALITY JOB.
