I hired Craig to do a simple job - block in a basement window. Craig installed the wrong block size (4 vs 8) I required to install an egress window despite a discussion about the need. We had no contract and Craig may have misunderstood that I needed 8 block (benefit of the doubt) but he offered no remedy when approached about the error. His response to my request for repair is something you might expect from teenager. He had deposited the check the night before and suggested I not contact him.

Masonry work entailed removing and then replacing the brick facade to front of ranch home. Also included new front brick steps and repair to front stoop/entrance. Meticulous workmanship. End of each day clean up was as if Craig owned the property. If time is not a problem [poor weather conditions, wait for delivery] , I highly recommend Riverstone Masonry, LLC! What was promised is what I got!

I think there should be a back up in the case that the contractors have emergencies.

My husband was upset, as he was working. We were quoted $1500 for a day and a half's work. He came did the job in barely 5 hrs and charged us $1200. Felt very ripped off. Should have gotten more quotes and took more time to get this done, but we are trying to sell our house. Expensive venture to say the least but its done. He said he had cancer so I didn't want to complain, was personable and did the job, but sure cost a lot for a few hours work, rather then a day and a half.

Craig was timely in his communications, his work and his follow up. He took considerable time to review the job with me and make recommendations on what would work best on our job. He showed up when he said he would, billed what he quoted - even threw a few gimme's in at no charge, including bringing my empty garbage cans in from the curb! Super guy, great professional - you won't regret hiring him.

We tried going to the original builder for help in doing some stone/stuck repair as a result of more likely due to the house settling. The original builder informed me he was going to try and talk to his stone/stucco guy but he never got back to me after 2 weeks. I went to Home Advisor and Craig called me. He was great and knew exactly what needed to be done. He gave me a quote and informed me what he would be doing and when he thought he would be completed. When I found out I need more repairs, Craig stated he could fit it in as well. All was completed on time. He assured me if I have another inspection and things were not completed in a proper manner to just give him a call and he would take care of it. Thus far no issues and I would not hesitate to call him again.
