Ken came out within an hour of being called. He mopped the floor with anti microbial, took off some dormant mold from the wall and placed his drying equipment. Two other employees came each morning for the next 3 days and took humidity readings. Professional, on time and very reasonably priced.

Toni came as scheduled. He was very professional and full of knowledge. He was very patient with us, since we had so many questions. We suspected mold in the home, so we called 2 other companies, besides PuroClean. He was so thorough and took as long as he needed to find out where thee mold was. He also included an Air sample test which was at no charge to us. When he located where the mold as and what the main cause was, were were able to address the problem. Come to find out it was do to poor ventilation in our attic. - To be exact, we were told that the Ridge Vents in the attic were not installed properly -(poorly ventilated). Toni recommended that we have a professional roofer come in to verify his suspicions, as that was out of his profession. We did just that and the Roofing company found that the ridge vents were poorly installed with very little ventilation. Once that was determined, we would have to have the 'problem' fixed before the Mold remediation could begin. The only reason, we were unable to hire them on to do the job, is the estimate was too high for our pockets.- I'm not sure that there were TOO high, it just was more than we are prepared to handle due to the other expenses that we have had to put out for so many other repairs. I would recommend Toni for any job because he is so knowledgeable in what he does an very friendly.

Terrance called same day to let us know he was on his way. Removed damaged floor, set up equipment to dry area and informed us of the process. Ken followed up the following days to check on progress. Both gentlemen were very professional, pleasant and always on time.

When we bought our new house, we knew there was a mold issue in the addition. We called PuroClean on the recommendation of our realtor. They gave us an estimate and we had them start work. They underbid the job. The extent of the mold required them to drop the ceiling in the entire addition in order to guarantee their work. Drew worked with us. He knew that we needed to have the ceilings rehung and so he honored the original estimate and was even able to come in under a little bit to help us with the unanticipated cost. The workers were diligent, professional, and effective. They were able to finish their work in just about a long weekend. They used extensive measures to make sure the mold doesn't reactivate. I was impressed that their first concern was making sure the work was done right. Drew never even tried to sell me on the idea of doing a full mitigation without dropping the ceiling (like another company had suggested, to save on costs). He just took the hit because the estimator had missed the mark. Drew's first concern was the safety and health of my family and that sold me as a life long customer. As long as he is still there, I'll use PuroClean for any further mitigation or clean up issues in the future.

We had a partially flooded baesment and we were referred to PuroClean by our insurance agent. Puroclean made immediate contact and showed up on time and performed the services efficiently. Service man was very cordial and professional. Couldnt have asked for more!

They did a fantastic job. They were recommended to me by my insurance agent. My son had a bunch of boxes that he was building little houses out of and it got wet with the water and so they had boxes on their truck for botching up people's possessions to move them from their work area and they left bunch of these boxes behind. They didn't have to do that, it wasn't part of their service at all, but they took the time to think about it. I would surely use them in the future.

That was in our other residence. They had to do it twice. They helped us with our stuff. They did a great job and were friendly. Both teams did a good job. I would use them again.

My sump pump failed and I had an unfinished basement full of water. It was Sunday morning and I was afraid I was going to have no help I spoke to Rick and he said he needed to do some coordinating and would get right back with me. I also called a neighbor who had a similar situation and who agreed to help me to resolve the issue so therefore I no longer needed the service. Rick called me back within the hour, had service lined up and even texted me to be sure I was covered. I have never received this kind of service or response so quickly during regular business hours let alone on a Sunday. I can't speak highly enough of this company.

They were fast in responding and kept me informed of why they were doing things. They worked fast to fix a major problem. Thank You PuroClean for a job well done.

They came the very next morning at 9 ‘clock and started to work within 10 minutes and they were really awesome to work with and they knew that there was going to be an insurance claim and so we did not get an estimate upfront but when we talked to our insurance guys later, they said that the bill from Puroclean was within their standard so they paid the full amount. They have done a really great job and Dennis was the main guy who worked with us and he was very responsive and he gave us his cell phone whenever we needed something, we can call him and he would talk through what the process was going to be, and he was very good to work with. The insurance company paid $2000 or $2500.

We called PuroClean after finding black mold (unsure if it is toxic as we did not get it tested) in one corner of our basement and Drew came out the very next day. He gave us a spot-on estimate, explained the exact process that they would use, and scheduled the work to begin at our convenience the following morning. Jeremiah and his crew were polite, efficient, and professional when they came in to do the work. They took out the drywall in the section with visible mold and found more in another corner. He and his crew also took out all of the carpet, as per our request in the entire room and adjoining closet. We knew upfront that they would not refinish the sections of drywall cut away, the baseboard, and the carpet. After demolition, they dried out the area and set up an air scrubber until the recommended time had elapsed. The drying out process added some time as expected, but each day someone came over to check on the progress. Everything was cleaned nicely and the room is now ready for new drywall, baseboard, etc. We chose this company because they were so accommodating and willing to come out right away. This efficiency just continued throughout the entire four days. Overall, we could not be more satisfied with this experience and would recommend them to others!

All went well. The crew was not as timely . Arrived 1/2 hour to 45 minute slate each day.

We wanted him to do the work and our purchase on this condominium was canceled so we could not use him. They guy was very nice and friendly. He was very thorough and I would use him again.

They were extremely professional, very conscientious of our general problem and tried to get it done quickly as possible.

I was very impressed by the timely manner the company responded to our problem. They called some other workers to help remove the fallen ceiling pieces, insulation, wiring, etc. from where it was suspended from the garage door tract before it fell the rest of the way and damaged the cars. Within two hours we were able to move our cars from the garage. They then cleaned up the debris that was left, removed the garage door tract so the ceiling could be replaced. They left an estimate in case we wanted to use their company to remove the rest of the ceiling and replace it. They were very thorough in checking for water damage and searching for the cause of the collapse to report to our insurance company. I felt the company was very responsive to our immediate needs, performed professionally, and completed the job as agreed. I would definitely use the company again if needed.

They came in and used machines to dry out the wood floors in the kitchen and under the sink. Overall they did a good job, their were referred by our insurance company

They were very good and very helpful. The owner, Rick, was very responsive. I could get him any time of day. He uses ozone machines. The quality of work was good. I would use this provider again.

We had an acute water leak in our basement last week. Puro clean was great and came out right away and set up fans. They said they would be back daily to check the progress. They didn't come back until Sunday, after calling them to see when they'd be back. Also, the total cost I felt was pretty high for the work that they did. Doesnt seem like those fans would be very expensive to purchase. Maybe a deposit that can be returned.... Anyway, they did give us a 15% discount on the bill due to their being delayed in returning. Everything is back to normal now and so that's good.

Overall I was very pleased with this company until the very end. I submitted the payment to them in full by check at the end. I forgot to sign my check and was contacted by them regarding this issue. After receiving three phone calls from them, I ask them to mail it back to me and I would return it promptly. According to Drew from the company the owner, Jim Crouse wanted this check deposited immediately. I felt this strong arm approach was not very business like and professional. I admitted my mistake, but you would have thought they were going to go bankrupt with out this signed check so that it could be deposited immediately according to Drew. What a way to end a project that that went well up to that point. Bottom line, not sure if I would use them again after this disaster at the end of the job regarding my failure to sign the check.

We didn't spend anything. It was all covered through insurance. The only issue we had with them was we did discover that some prescription medication had come up missing out of our master bathroom as well as a twenty dollar bill that was on the dresser. The company did make good on the replacement of the twenty dollar bill but there was nothing they could do for the prescription medication that was taken. It was a direct reflection on their employees. The work was fine with the exception of that incident. The price was reasonable from what I could tell. I didn't have to pay anything out of my pocket. It was strictly through insurance. I would not use the company again for that one simple reason.
